Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة إشكالية التقاطع بين التصوف الإسلامي وفكر ما بعد الحداثة، انطلاقاً من الحضور المتصاعد للروحانيات في السياق النقدي لما بعد الحداثة. وتركز على نموذج جلال الدين الرومي كحالة دراسة، مستكشفة أوجه التلاقي بين الرؤية الصوفية القائمة على الوحدة والمحبة، والرؤية ما بعد الحداثية التي تزعزع اليقينيات وتمجد التشظي. تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن كيفية تقديم التصوف الإسلامي، ممثلاً بالرومي، بديلاً تكاملياً للأزمة الوجودية والمعرفية التي تفصح عنها ما بعد الحداثة، وذلك عبر تحليل الخطاب واستكناه المفاهيم المشتركة مثل تفكيك مركزية العقل وتأجيل المعنى، سعياً لإبراز دور التصوف في تقديم إجابات روحية لأسئلة الإنسان المعاصر.
This study examines the intersection between Islamic Sufism and postmodernist thought، stemming from the rising prominence of spirituality within the postmodern critical context. Focusing on the model of Jalal al-Din Rumi as a case study، it explores points of convergence between the Sufi vision—based on unity and divine love—and the postmodernist perspective that destabilizes certainties and celebrates fragmentation. The study aims to reveal how Islamic Sufism، represented by Rumi، offers an integrative alternative to the epistemic and existential crisis articulated by postmodernism. Résumé: يتناول البحث ظاهرة الحذف في القرآن الكريم بوصفها مظهرًا من مظاهر الإعجاز البلاغي، مبرزًا أسرارها ودلالاتها في توسيع المعنى والإيجاز. وقد جمع بين الجانب النظري، الذي تناول مفهوم الإعجاز والحذف، والجانب التطبيقي، الذي درس حذف المسند إليه، والمسند، ومتعلقات الفعل. وخلص إلى أن الحذف في القرآن لا يحقق أغراضًا بلاغية فحسب، بل يحمل أيضًا أبعادًا تربوية وإيمانية، مما يؤكد إعجاز القرآن وصلاحيته لكل زمان ومكان.
This research examines the phenomenon of ellipsis (Al-Hadhf) as a key aspect of the Qur'an's rhetorical miracle (I'jaz). It combines a theoretical discussion of the concepts of I'jaz, conciseness, and ellipsis with an applied analysis of the omission of the subject, predicate, and verb complements. The study concludes that ellipsis enriches meaning, enhances the Qur'an's eloquence, and supports continuous reflection and interpretation across generations. Résumé: سلطت الدراسة الضوء على ماهية العقود الذكية بالتطرق لمفهومها وإطارها التقني، وإطارها القانوني والفقهي فبينت بذلك كل ما يتعلق من أحكامها، ما مهد التطرق لمدى قابليتها لتحقيق الأمن التعاقدي في كل من مرحلتي إبرام العقد وتنفيذ، وهذا وفق ما ينص عليه القانون الجزائري والفقه الإسلامي، ما يبين أهمية الدراسة في إيجاد مقاربة قانونية فقهية تقنية لتحقيق مبادئ الأمن التعاقدي، وتوصلت الدراسة في الختام لنتائج مهمة أبرزها أن العقد الذكي يحتاج الضبط التقني حتى يحقق الأمن التعاقدي

Résumé: يتناول البحث إسهامات ابن جني في علم الأصوات الوظيفي، مبرزًا ريادته في دراسة النظام الصوتي للغة العربية من خلال تحليله لظواهر مثل الإبدال والإدغام والإعلال والإمالة والمماثلة والمخالفة والقلب المكاني، إضافة إلى اهتمامه بالفونيم والمقطع والنبر والتنغيم ودورها في بناء المعنى. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن ابن جني قدّم نظرية صوتية قائمة على الوصف والتعليل، سبقت كثيرًا من التصورات الفونولوجية الحديثة، مما يؤكد أصالة التراث اللغوي العربي وقدرته على مواكبة اللسانيات المعاصرة.
This study highlights Ibn Jinnī's pioneering contribution to functional phonology, demonstrating his advanced analysis of Arabic sound organization through phenomena such as substitution, assimilation, vowel modification, imāla, dissimilation, and metathesis. It also examines his treatment of phonemes, syllables, stress, and intonation as essential elements in meaning construction.
