| dcterms.abstract | تكوّنت هذه الدراسة إجمالًا من مقدمة وقسمين رئيسين. خُصِّصت المقدمة لبيان دوافع اختيار الموضوع وأهميته العلمية، مع إبراز أهداف الدراسة ومنهجها. أمّا القسم الدراسي فقد اشتمل على فصلين؛ تناول الفصل الأول عصر المؤلف وحياته العامة، مع تسليط الضوء على المكانة العلمية لعائلة الفكون، وبيان جهودها البارزة في خدمة المذهب المالكي. بينما خُصِّص الفصل الثاني لدراسة الكتاب موضوع البحث، من حيث تحقيق عنوانه، والتحقق من صحة نسبته إلى مؤلفه، وبيان موضوعه، ومصادره، ومنهج الفتوى المعتمد فيه. أما قسم التحقيق فقد تضمّن عرض النص محققًا وفق الضوابط العلمية المعتمدة في تحقيق التراث، مع ضبط النص وتوثيقه، ووضع هوامش لشرح الألفاظ المبهمة، وتوضيح الإشكالات، إلى جانب إعداد فهارس علمية متنوعة تسهم في تسهيل الإفادة من الكتاب وزيادة قيمته العلمية. This study consists of an introduction and two main sections. The introduction explains the reasons for selecting the topic and its academic significance. The first section examines the author’s historical context and biography, highlights the scholarly status of the Al-Fakkoun family, and analyzes the book in terms of its title, attribution, subject matter, sources, and legal methodology. The second section presents a critical edition of the text, prepared according to recognized scholarly standards, with annotations, clarifications, and academic indexes to enhance its scientific value. | - |
