دور القطاع الوقفي في التنمية الاقتصادية

Abstract

تتناول الدراسة مفهوم الوقف وأنواعه وأهميته الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وتطور إطاره المؤسسي، مع إبراز علاقته بالتنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر. كما توضح دور قطاع الأوقاف في تمويل واستثمار التنمية عبر صيغ تقليدية وحديثة، مثل الصكوك والصناديق والشركات والمنصات الوقفية، ضمن الإدارة المؤسسية الحديثة. وتخلص الدراسة إلى ضرورة تفعيل وإعادة هيكلة قطاع الأوقاف ودمجه في الاستراتيجية التنموية الوطنية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة 2030، مع تقديم نتائج وتوصيات وآفاق بحثية مستقبلية. This study examines the concept of endowment (waqf), its types, foundations, and socio-economic significance, and explores its relationship with economic development in Algeria. It highlights the financial and investment role of the waqf sector through traditional and modern instruments such as waqf bonds, shares, funds, corporate waqf, and digital platforms within a modern institutional framework. The study concludes that activating and restructuring the waqf sector and integrating it into Algeria’s national development strategy is essential for achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
