Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع "الحق في المساواة في المسيحية والإسلام – دراسة تأصيلية مقارنة"، مركزة على قيمة المساواة باعتبارها من القيم الإنسانية الأساسية التي أسهمت في تأسيس المجتمعات، لكنها كانت أيضًا سببًا للثورات والنزاعات بسبب اختلاف الحضارات والمذاهب في فهمها. تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مفهوم المساواة في المسيحية والإسلام، وبيان مدى تأسيس كل ديانة لها وتطبيقها على أرض الواقع، مع التركيز على قضايا مثل مساواة الرجل والمرأة، الرق، وبعض التطبيقات العملية والتاريخية. أظهرت النتائج أن المساواة في المسيحية موجودة وراسخة لكنها مرتبطة بعقائد مثل الخطيئة والخلاص، ما يقيد مفهومها في بعض القضايا. أما المساواة في الإسلام فهي مستمدة من الإله الواحد، متكاملة، واضحة، وعامة لكل البشر، دون غموض أو تناقض، وتراعي العدل والاستحقاق الطبيعي بين الأفراد حسب قدراتهThis study examines the value of equality, a fundamental human principle that has shaped societies but has also been the source of conflicts and injustice due to differing interpretations across civilizations and groups. The research aims to explore how Christianity and Islam define and implement equality, addressing issues such as the equality of men and women, slavery, and historical practices. Using inductive, analytical, and comparative methods, the study analyzes religious texts and thought from both traditions. The findings show that equality is foundational in both religions, but in Christianity it is often limited by doctrines related to sin and salvation, restricting its application. In contrast, Islam presents equality as universal and clear, grounded in God’s unification of humanity, applicable across all people and times, with distinctions made only where justice or natural differences between individuals require.م وظروفهم.
