Abstract

يتناول كتاب «التدليس وأحكامه وآثاره النقدية» دراسة شاملة لمفهوم التدليس في الحديث النبوي، مبينًا دواعيه وأقسامه المتمثلة أساسًا في تدليس الإسناد وتدليس الشيوخ مع الفروع التابعة لهما كتدليس التسوية والعطف. كما يسلط الضوء على أحكام المدلسين، والصيغ والاحتمالات اللفظية المستعملة في الأداء، مع بيان الأثر العملي والنقدي للتدليس في علل الأحاديث وتخريجها عند المحدثين (كالشيخين البخاري ومسلم)، إضافة إلى آثاره التطبيقية في بعض الفروع والأحكام الفقهية. The book 'Tadlees (Concealment in Hadith Transmissions), Its Rulings, and Its Critical Effects' provides a comprehensive study of the concept of Tadlees in the Prophetic Hadith. It outlines its motivations and main categories, primarily consisting of Tadlees al-Isnad (concealment in chain of narration) and Tadlees al-Shuyukh (concealment of teachers), alongside their subcategories such as Tadlees al-Taswiyah (leveling) and Atf (conjunction).
