Abstract

تتناول رسالة الماجستير، دراسة تحليلية ومنهجية لشخصية علمية بارزة من أعلام الجزائر والمغرب الإسلامي في القرن التاسع الهجري، وهو الإمام أبو زيد عبد الرحمن الثعالبي، من خلال تفسيره الشهير "الجواهر الحسان في تفسير القرآن". وتتمحور مشكلة الدراسة حول استجلاء معالم المدرسة التفسيرية في المغرب العربي، واستخلاص القواعد المنهجية والأصول العلمية التي اعتمد عليها الثعالبي في فهم النص القرآني، وموازنته بين النقل والاتكاء على المأثور وبين إعمال النظر والاجتهاد؛ حيث تسعى الرسالة إلى إبراز القيمة العلمية والموسوعية لهذا التفسير، وتتبع مصادره ورصد خصوصيته في دمج الأحكام الفقهية والرقائق الإيمانية، مما يجعله نموذجاً متميزاً يعكس ثراء الفكر الإسلامي وعمق الأصالة المنهجية لدى علماء المغرب The master's thesis presents an analytical and methodological study of a prominent scholarly figure among the luminaries of Algeria and the Islamic Maghreb in the ninth century AH, namely Imam Abu Zayd Abd al-Rahman al-Thaalabi, through his renowned exegesis 'Al-Jawahir al-Hisan fi Tafsir al-Quran' (The Splendid Jewels in the Exegesis of the Quran). The core problem of the study revolves around elucidating the features of the exegetical school in the Islamic Maghreb, and extracting the methodological rules and scholarly foundations upon which al-Thaalabi relied in understanding the Quranic text, balancing between transmission (Naql) and reliance on traditional reports (Al-Ma'thur) on one hand, and the application of reason and independent judgment (Ijtihad) on the other. Accordingly, the thesis seeks to highlight the scholarly and encyclopedic value of this exegesis, trace its sources, and monitor its distinctiveness in integrating jurisprudential rulings with spiritual and faith-strengthening insights (Raqaiq), rendering it an outstanding model that reflects the richness of Islamic thought and the depth of methodological authenticity among the scholars of the Maghreb..
