العلاقات الجزائرية المغربية 1830 - 1847 : الغرب الجزائري والمغرب الشرقي نموذجا

Abstract

تتناول الرسالة طبيعة ومسار العلاقات التاريخية بين الجزائر والمغرب الأقصى خلال الفترة الممتدة بين عامي 1830 و1847، مع التركيز على منطقتي الغرب الجزائري والمغرب الشرقي نموذجاً. تسلط الدراسة الضوء على التداعيات السياسية والإدارية للاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر وما أفرزه من فراغ سياسي، إلى جانب مواقف السلطان المغربي ورعاياه الرسمية والشعبية، وتفاعلهم مع حركة المقاومة والجهاد التي قادها الأمير عبد القادر، فضلاً عن رصد استراتيجيات القوة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في محاولة قطع أواصر التعاون والتضامن بين الشعبين الشقيقين عبر المعاهدات والضغوط الدبلوماسية والعسكرية. The thesis examines the nature and course of historical relations between Algeria and Morocco during the period spanning from 1830 to 1847, focusing on Western Algeria and Eastern Morocco as a case study. The study highlights the political and administrative repercussions of the French occupation of Algeria and the resulting political vacuum, alongside the official and popular positions of the Moroccan Sultan and his subjects, as well as their interaction with the resistance and Jihad movement led by Emir Abdelkader. Furthermore, it tracks the strategies of the French colonial power in attempting to sever the bonds of cooperation and solidarity between the two brotherly peoples through treaties, as well as diplomatic and military pressure.
