Abstract

تتناول رسالة الماجستير، دراسة تأصيلية ومنهجية معمقة تنتمي إلى حقل التفسير الموضوعي وعلوم القرآن. وتتمحور مشكلة الدراسة حول رصد وفحص الآليات المنهجية والمعرفية التي تحكم عملية الاحتجاج بالنص القرآني واستنباط الأحكام والهدايات منه، مع تتبع الطرائق المختلفة المعتمَدة في هذا الاستدلال، وضبط الشروط والضوابط العلمية التي تحميه من التعسف في التأويل أو توظيفه في غير سياقاته التشريعية والعقدية؛ حيث تسعى الرسالة إلى تقديم رؤية متكاملة تبرز شمولية معطيات النص القرآني وقدرته الاستدلالية على استيعاب النوازل، وإبراز كيف يشكل ضبط قواعد الاستدلال مرجعية حاسمة لتسديد الفكر الإسلامي وتوجيه الاجتهاد المعاصر بما يوافق مقاصد الشريعة The master's thesis presents an in-depth foundational and methodological study within the field of thematic exegesis (Al-Tafsir al-Mawdu'i) and Quranic sciences. The core problem of the study revolves around monitoring and examining the methodological and cognitive mechanisms that govern the process of citing the Quranic text and deducing rulings and guidance from it. It traces the various methods adopted in this argumentation, while regulating the scientific conditions and criteria that protect it from arbitrary interpretation (Ta'wil) or misapplication outside its legislative and doctrinal contexts. Accordingly, the thesis seeks to provide an integrated vision that highlights the comprehensiveness of the Quranic text's data and its argumentative capacity to accommodate contemporary developments (Al-Nawazil), demonstrating how regulating the rules of argumentation serves as a decisive reference to rectify Islamic thought and guide contemporary independent reasoning (Ijtihad) in accordance with the objectives of Sharia (Maqasid al-Shariah)..
