مالك بن أنس وآراءه الحديثة : رواية و دراية

Abstract

تتناول رسالة الماجستير، دراسة حديثية ومنهجية وتأصيلية معمقة لجهود إمام دار الهجرة ومكانته الريادية في خدمة السنة النبوية الشريفة. وتتمحور مشكلة الدراسة حول استقراء وفحص المرتكزات العلمية والنقدية التي تميزت بها المدرسة الحديثية للإمام مالك، وتتبع آلياته المنهجية في قبول الروايات وردها، وموازنة آرائه بين فقه الحديث (دراية) وعلم رجاله وأسانيده (رواية)، مع بيان ضوابطه في الاحتجاج بالمرسل وعمل أهل المدينة والأحاديث المتواترة والآحاد؛ حيث تسعى الرسالة إلى إبراز الخصوصية المنهجية للإمام مالك كعالم ومجتهد جمع بين الرواية والأثر والفقاهة والنظر، وتقديم قراءة علمية تبرز قيمته المضافة في ضبط مسار علوم الحديث وصيانة الهوية التشريعية للأمة The master's thesis presents an in-depth Hadith, methodological, and foundational study of the efforts of the Imam of Dar al-Hijrah (Imam Malik) and his pioneering status in serving the honorable Prophetic Sunnah. The core problem of the study revolves around exploring and examining the scholarly and critical foundations that characterized the Hadith school of Imam Malik. It traces his methodological mechanisms for accepting and rejecting narrations, and balances his views between the understanding of Hadith text (Dirayah) and the science of its narrators and chains of transmission (Riwayah), while clarifying his regulations regarding argumentation using transmitted-loose (Mursal) traditions, the practice of the people of Medina (Amal Ahl al-Medinah), and consecutive (Mutawatir) and solitary (Ahad) traditions. Accordingly, the thesis seeks to highlight the methodological distinctiveness of Imam Malik as a scholar and independent jurist (Mujtahid) who combined narration, tradition, jurisprudence, and analytical reasoning, providing a scholarly reading that demonstrates his added value in regulating the path of Hadith sciences and safeguarding the legislative identity of the Ummah.
