Abstract

تتناول رسالة الماجستير، دراسة اقتصادية وتأصيلية وميدانية معمقة لفلسفة العمل المصرفي الإسلامي وتقييم مساره التجريبي. وتتمحور مشكلة الدراسة حول رصد وفحص الفجوة بين الأطر النظرية والمقاصد الشرعية التي قامت عليها المصارف الإسلامية (قديماً وحديثاً) وبين واقعها التطبيقي والعملي في البيئة الاقتصادية المعاصرة، مع تتبع أنماط هذه البنوك وآلياتها الاستثمارية، وبيان مدى كفاءتها في تقديم بديل مصرفي متكامل يبتعد عن المعاملات الربوية؛ حيث تسعى الرسالة إلى تقديم قراءة تقويمية تبرز التحديات الهيكلية والتشغيلية التي تواجه التجربة المصرفية الإسلامية، وإبراز السبل الكفيلة بتطوير أدواتها لتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية والعدالة الاجتماعية بما يوافق أحكام الشريعة The master's thesis presents an in-depth economic, foundational, and field study of the philosophy of Islamic banking and evaluates its experimental trajectory. The core problem of the study revolves around monitoring and examining the gap between the theoretical frameworks and Sharia objectives (Maqasid) upon which Islamic banks were established (both anciently and recently) and their applied and practical reality in the contemporary economic environment. It traces the patterns of these banks and their investment mechanisms, demonstrating their efficiency in providing an integrated banking alternative that steers clear of usurious (Riba) transactions. Accordingly, the thesis seeks to provide an evaluative reading that highlights the structural and operational challenges facing the Islamic banking experience, and to underscore the means to develop its tools to enhance economic development and social justice in accordance with the rulings of Sharia.
