الآداب الاجتماعية في سورة النور

Abstract

بصفة عامة، تُعدّ هذه الرسالة الأكاديمية دراسة موضوعية قرآنية مستفيضة لـ "الآداب الاجتماعية في سورة النور وتكمن القيمة الأكاديمية للبحث في معالجته للآداب والأخلاق والجوانب الروحية كأداة لإصلاح المزالق الاجتماعية، مستلهمة منهج التفسير الموضوعي عند الشيخ محمد الغزالي، والربط الموضوعي عند سيد قطب، والتصنيف الأخلاقي عند عبد الله دراز.

وقد قسّمت الباحثة دراستها إلى خمسة فصول؛ تناولت فيها: مفهوم الآداب الاجتماعية: وعلاقتها بالأخلاق الكلية والمقاصد الشرعية القائمة على جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد. الآداب الفردية ذات الأبعاد الاجتماعية: كالعفة، وغض البصر، وآداب الخلوة، والتحية والتحفظ من النجاسات. الآداب الاجتماعية العامة: التي تضمن تماسك بنيان المجتمع (مستشهدة بحديث الإفك، وآداب الزيارة، وتجنب إشاعة الفاحشة والنميمة). الآداب الخاصة بالراعي والرعية: التي تعزز الطاعة والانضباط. واختتمت الرسالة ببيان الأسلوب التربوي والتشريعي للقرآن الكريم في حماية تلك الآداب عبر تكامل أدوار الفرد، والمجتمع، والدولة من خلال وظيفة الحسبة وإقامة الحدود الزاجرة. In general, this academic thesis is an extensive, thematic Quranic study titled "Social Etiquettes in Surat Al-Nur". The academic value of this research lies in its approach to addressing manners, ethics, and spiritual aspects as tools for reforming social pitfalls. The study is inspired by the thematic exegesis methodology of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Ghazali, the thematic correlation of Sayyid Qutb, and the ethical classification of Abdullah Draz. The researcher structured her study into five chapters, addressing: The Concept of Social Etiquettes: And its relationship with comprehensive ethics and Sharia objectives (Maqasid al-Shariah) based on bringing benefits and warding off harms. Individual Etiquettes with Social Dimensions: Such as chastity, lowering the gaze, privacy manners (seeking permission), greetings, and maintaining cleanliness/guarding against impurities. General Social Etiquettes: Which ensure the cohesion of society's fabric (citing the Incident of Al-Ifk (slander), etiquettes of visitation, and avoiding the spread of indecency and gossip). Etiquettes Concerning the Ruler and the Ruled: Which reinforce obedience and discipline. The thesis concludes by highlighting the Quran's educational and legislative approach to protecting these etiquettes through the integration of the roles of the individual, society, and the state via the function of Hisbah (accountability) and enforcing deterrent legal punishments (Hudud).
