أجوبة الإمام التسولي عن أسئلة الأمير عبد القادر في مسائل الجهاد

Abstract

تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى حقل التاريخ الفكري والتراثي الجزائري، حيث تسلّط الضوء على "الإنتاج المكتوب والرسائل المتنوعة للأمير عبد القادر الجزائري" لتبرز تمكنه الموسوعي في شتى العلوم الدينية والعسكرية والإنسانية. وتناقش الأطروحة بالتفصيل نتاجه الفقهي والكلامي مثل "تعليقاته على حاشية جده في علم الكلام والتوحيد" التي تبرع فيها بنقد آراء أئمة كبار كالمحمدين بن يوسف السنوسي، إلى جانب مؤلفاته في الخيل والفروسية مثل "كتاب الصافنات الجياد". كما تُعنى الدراسة بتحليل رسائل الأمير التي قُسمت إلى: رسائل سياسية وحربية تبادلها مع ملوك ورؤساء قادة الدول والجنرالات (مثل بيجو) أثناء جهاده وأسره في أمبواز (Amboise)، وأجوبة فكرية ردّ فيها على أسئلة الجنرال "دوماس" المتعلقة بعادات المسلمين وتراثهم ومقارنة حال المرأة العربية بالغرب، لتقدم الدراسة بذلك وثيقة أكاديمية تدحض الشبهات الغربية حول الإسلام وتجلي الصورة الحقيقية للأمير عبد القادر كعالم مجتهد، متصوف، وقائد فذ مستوعب لكليات القرآن والسنة النبوية الشريفة. This study belongs to the field of Algerian intellectual and heritage history, shedding light on the 'written production and diverse correspondence of Emir Abdelkader al-Jazairi' to highlight his encyclopedic mastery across various religious, military, and human sciences. The thesis discusses in detail his jurisprudential and theological (Kalam) output, such as his 'Commentaries on his grandfather's annotation in the science of Kalam and Monotheism (Tawhid)', in which he skillfully critiqued the views of major imams, such as Muhammad bin Yusuf al-Sanusi, alongside his writings on horses and horsemanship, such as 'The Book of al-Safinat al-Jiyad'. Furthermore, the study analyzes the Emir's letters, which are classified into: political and military correspondence exchanged with kings, heads of state, and generals (such as Bugeaud) during his jihad and his captivity in Amboise; and intellectual responses addressing the inquiries of General Daumas regarding Muslim customs, heritage, and the comparative status of Arab and European women. Through this analysis, the study presents an academic document that refutes Western misconceptions about Islam and reveals the true image of Emir Abdelkader as a mujtahid scholar, a mystic (Sufi), and an extraordinary leader fully conversant with the fundamentals of the Holy Qur'an and the prophetic Sunnah
