منهج الإمام البخاري في تصحيح الأحاديث وتعليلها : من خلال الجامع الصحيح

Abstract

تتناول هذه الرسالة الأكاديمية دراسة منهج الإمام البخاري في تصحيح الأحاديث وتعليلها من خلال كتابه "الجامع الصحيح". تهدف الدراسة عبر المنهج التحليلي المقارن إلى استنباط القواعد التطبيقية الدقيقة التي اعتمدها البخاري في النقد الحديثي؛ حيث قسّم الباحث دراسته إلى استعراض حركة تدوين السنة ونشأة علوم الحديث حتى عصر البخاري، ثم البحث تفصيلاً في شروط صحة الحديث عنده (كعدالة الرواة وضبطهم واتصال السند)، تليها دراسة منهج التعليل والتفرد والمخالفة وزيادات الثقات. وتكمن أهمية البحث في كشف الغموض المحيط بمنهج المتقدمين في النقد، والموازنة بين الجانب التطبيقي عند أئمة الحديث والجانب النظري الاستقرائي الذي استقر في كتب المصطلح اللاحقة. This academic thesis examines Imam Al-Bukhari's methodology in authenticating and criticizing Hadiths through his book 'Al-Jami' al-Sahih'. Utilizing a comparative analytical approach, the study aims to deduce the precise practical rules that Al-Bukhari adopted in Hadith criticism. The researcher structured the study by reviewing the history of Sunnah codification and the emergence of Hadith sciences up to Al-Bukhari's era. This is followed by a detailed investigation into his criteria for Hadith authenticity—such as the integrity and accuracy of narrators ('Adalah and Dabt), and the continuity of the chain of transmission (Ittisal al-Sanad)—and subsequently, a study of his methodology regarding hidden defects ('Ilal), singularity, contradiction, and the additions of trustworthy narrators (Ziyadat al-Thiqat). The significance of this research lies in demystifying the methodology of early scholars (Al-Mutaqaddimun) in criticism, while balancing the practical application of Hadith imams with the inductive theoretical framework that later became established in subsequent books of Hadith terminology (Mustalah al-Hadith).
