الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبيّ بعده، وبعد: فهذه مذكرّة بعنوان: "مصطلح (يكتب حديثه) عند أبي حاتم الرازي من خلال كتاب (الجرح والتعديل) دراسة نظرية تطبيقية"، مقدّمة لنيل شهادة الماجستير، دَرَسَ فيها الباحث مصطلحاً من مصطلحات الجرح والتعديل، عند الإمام أبي حاتم الرازي. فتناول في الفصل الأول التعريف بهذا الإمام، وبيّن مكانته في علم الجرح والتعديل، و التعريف بكتاب (الجرح والتعديل)، وقيمته وأهميّته. ثمّ تطرّق لأشهر من استعمل هذا المصطلح من النقّاد الآخرين. وتناول في الفصل الثاني هذا المصطلح حين يُطلقه الإمام أبو حاتم مجرّداً أو مركّبًا مع لفظ(لا يحتجّ به) ـ وهما بمعنى واحد ـ، وحينما يطلقه مركّباً مع لفظٍ من ألفاظ التعديل، وبيّن أنّه يقصد بهذا الاعتبار، وأنّ أغلب من حكم فيهم بهذا الحكم هم محتجٌّ بهم عند غيره من النقّاد. ثمّ تناول في الفصل الثالث هذا المصطلح حينما يطلقه الإمام مع لفظٍ من ألفاظ الجرح، وحينما يطلقه مع لفظتي جرحٍ وتعديل، وخلص في نهايته إلى أنّ أغلب رواة الحالة الأولى هم مجروحون عند النقّاد، ومنهم عددٌ ليس بالقليل قد تركوا حديثهم. وأمّا أصحاب الحالة الثانية فحكمهم كحكم من أطلق فيهم هذا المصطلح مجرّداً أو مركّباً مع لفظٍ من ألفاظ التعديل. ثمّ ختم البحث بذكر أهمّ النتائج المتوصّل إليها، وأهمّ التوصيات التي يقتضيها المقام. praise is due to Allah alone, and peace and blessing are upon the last prophet, and then, this is a thesis entitled:" Mustaleh (yuktabu hadithuhu) Ainda Abi Hatem Razzi min khilal kitab (Eljareh wa ettaadil) theoretical practical study, an introduction to get The Magister Degree, The researcher here by studied a tern of Accusability and Extolment terminology by Imam Abi Hatem Razzi . In the first chapter, the researcher tackled the biography of this Imam, and he showed his high rank and status in the seince of Accusability and Extolment, and then he tackled with scrutiny the book Accusability and Extolment and its significance and importance. After that, he treated those who are famous critics for using such a term. In the second chapter, he tackled this term when the Imam Abu Hatem uses it independently or as a composite with a utterance (useless)_ being of the same meaning_ and also when he uses it as a composite with an utterance of Extolment of utterances. He, however, meant by this, that the narration of those is impotent is arguing, except for those who participated in such a narration. Nevertheless, almost all those who were judged as such are not connived at by critics even if they didn't share that with others. In the third chapter, he tackled this term from the angle by which the Imam Abu Hatem uses it with an utterance of Accusability utterances, and when used with both utterances Accusability and Extolment. He came to conclude by the end that all narrators of the former case are branded or accused by critics, and there are many who look down at their Hadith narration. However, this judgement does strengthen their narration if it varies. As for the latter case, judging those who used that term independently or as a composite with an utterance of Extolment utterances. The research was sealed (ended) by mentioning the most important results, and effectual recommendation as required.
