الحاجات و الأولويات كضابط للإنتاج : دراسة مقارنة بين الاقتصلد الإسلامي و الاقتصاد الوضعي

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع "الحاجات والأولويات كضابط للإنتاج -دراسة مقارنة بين الاقتصاد الإسلامي والاقتصاد الوضعي-"، وذلك بهدف بيان مساهمة ضابط الحاجات والأولويات في الاقتصاد الإسلامي في ترشيد الإنتاج مقارنة بمثيله في الاقتصاد الوضعي. وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى ثلاثة فصول على النحو الآتي: الفصل الأول: دور الحاجات والأولويات في ترشيد الإنتاج في الاقتصاد الوضعي. الفصل الثاني: الحاجات والأولويات في الاقتصاد الإسلامي. الفصل الثالث: دور ضابط الحاجات والأولويات في ترشيد الإنتاج في الاقتصاد الإسلامي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن تحديد الحاجات وتصنيف الأولويات في الاقتصاد الإسلامي إلى ثلاث مراتب: حاجات ضرورية وحاجات حاجية وحاجات تحسينية يساهم في ترشيد الإنتاج وتخصيص الموارد بكفاءة وفعالية، على العكس منه في الاقتصاد الوضعي حيث يتجه الإنتاج إلى إشباع الحاجات التي تقترن بالقدرة المالية كما في الاقتصاد الرأسمالي، أو الحاجات التي تقرها الدولة كما في الاقتصاد الاشتراكي. The present study is concerning “needs and priorites as regulation –acomparative study between islamic economy and positive economy”, its aim is showings the contribution of the regulator of needs and priority in the Islamic economy within the rationalization of the production comparing with its analog in the positive economy. The study was divided into three chapters as follows: The first chapter: the role of needs and priorites in the rationalization of the production in positive economy The second chapter: needs and priorites in the islamic economy The third chapter: the role of the regulator of needs and priorites in the rationalization of the production in the islamic economy Mainly, the study has obtained a set of results: the determination on needs and the classifying on priorities in the islamic economy passes through three degrees: obligatory needs, necessary needs and ameliorator needs that contribute in the rationalization of the production and the allocation of resources with efficiency; at the contrary of the positive economy since the production is directed into the satisfaction of needs related to the financial capacity such in capitalist economy or needs that approve the state such in the communist economy. La présente étude a pour objet “les besoins et les priorités comme régulateur de production –étude comparative entre l’économie islamique et l’économie positive” ayant pour but de démontrer la contribution du régulateur des besoins et des priorités dans l’économie islamique dans la rationalisation de la production en comparaison avec son analogue dans l’économie positive. L’étude a été divisée en trois chapitres comme suit: Le premier chapitre: le rôle des besoins et des priorités dans la rationalisation de la production dans l’économie positive Le second chapitre: les besoins et les priorités dans l’économie islamique Le troisième chapitre: le rôle du régulation des besoins et des priorités dans la rationalisation de la production dans l’économie islamique L’étude a obtenu un ensemble de résultats; principalement la détermination des besoins et la classification des priorités dans l’économie islamique passe par trois degrés: des besoins obligatoires, des besoins nécessaires et les besoins améliorateurs contribuant dans la rationalisation de la production et l’allocation des ressources en toute efficacité contrairement à l’économie positive étant donné que la production se dirige vers la satisfaction des besoins liés à la capacité financière comme dans l’économie capitaliste ou bien les besoins qu’approuve l’état comme dans l’économie communiste.
