المنهج النقدي عند الإمام أبي داود من خلال سننه

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة الأكاديمية المنهج النقدي عند الإمام أبي داود من خلال سننه هدف الدراسة إلى تجلية وتوضيح معالم المنهج العلمي والواقع التطبيقي الدقيق الذي سار عليه المحدثون النقاد في عصر الرواية من خلال تعقيبات أبي داود المتنوعة في سننه؛ مبيناً أنه منهج علمي واحد ومتفق عليه بين النقاد وقد قسّم الباحث دراسته إلى تمهيد تناول فيه حياة أبي داود وآثاره وثناء العلماء عليه، وثلاثة فصول رئيسة؛ خُصص الأول منها للحديث عن كتاب السنن وخصائصه كالاختصار وتعدد الطرق، وشرط أبي داود فيه وتعليقاته وأنواعها. بينما بحث الفصل الثاني في منهج الإمام في نقد الأسانيد وموقفه من قضايا التعارض (كالوصل والإرسال، الرفع والوقف، الاتصال والانقطاع، وزيادة الثقة) وتفرد الثقات والشذوذ واستعرض الفصل الثالث منهجه في نقد المتون من حيث زيادة الثقة وتصحيف الألفاظ وتعارض الإطلاق والتقييد، لتنتهي الرسالة بخاتمة تُلخص الأسس العامة التي اعتمدها الإمام في نقده للأحاديث. This academic study examines the critical approach of Imam Abu Dawud through his book Al-Sunan. The study aims to clarify and highlight the features of the scientific methodology and the precise practical application followed by Hadith critics during the era of narration, as demonstrated through Abu Dawud’s various commentaries in his Sunan. It demonstrates that this was a unified and agreed-upon scientific methodology among critics.

The researcher divided his study into an introduction and three main chapters. The introduction covers the life of Abu Dawud, his works, and the scholars' praise of him. The first chapter is dedicated to discussing the book of Al-Sunan and its characteristics, such as conciseness and multiple chains of narration (Turuq), as well as Abu Dawud's criteria, commentary, and their various types. The second chapter investigates the Imam's methodology in criticizing chains of narration (Asanid) and his stance on conflicting narratives (such as text-joining versus missing-link transmission [Al-Wasl wa Al-Irsal], traceable versus halted transmission [Al-Raf' wa Al-Waqf], continuity versus discontinuity [Al-Ittisal wa Al-Inqita'], and additions by trustworthy narrators [Ziyadat al-Thiqah]), as well as the singular narrations of trustworthy narrators (Tafarrud al-Thiqat) and anomalies (Shudhudh). The third chapter reviews his methodology in text criticism (Mutun) regarding additions by trustworthy narrators, textual distortions (Tashif al-Alfaz), and conflicts between absolute and restricted contexts. The thesis concludes with a summary of the general principles adopted by the Imam in his criticism of Hadiths.
