Abstract

هذه الدراسة تسلط الضوء على موضوع الكوارث الطبيعية، أنواعها وآثارها الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية المختلفة في بلاد المشرق الإسلامي من السنة الأولى للهجرة إلى غاية سقوط الدولة الأموية،وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في مقدمة وأربعة فصول وخاتمة ، وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع. وقد تناولنا في المقدمة : أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره والصعوبات التي واجهتننا، والتعريف بأهم المصادر والمراجع التي اعتمد عليها البحث . وجاءت فصول الدراسة على النحو التالي: - الفصل الأول : التعريف بالكوارث وأنواعها ومختلف تفسيراتها. وتحدثنا فيه عن التعريف الاصطلاحي واللغوي للكارثة ومختلف أقسامها و أنواعها، وبيّنا مختلف التفسيرات التي كانت سائدة في تلك الفترة لهذه الكوارث. - الفصل الثاني : وكان عبارة عن مسح لأنواع الكوارث التي حدثت في بلاد المشرق الإسلامي ، حيث قمنا بعملية إحصاء لعدد هذه الكوارث (الزلازل و السيول و الأوبئة و القحط و الحرائق والعواصف) التي حدثت في تلك الفترة الزمنية. - الفصل الثالث : تحدثنا فيه عن الجهود التي بذلتها الدولة الإسلامية الناشئة لمواجهة هذه الكوارث ، وبيّنا أنها اختلفت من عهد لآخر. - الفصل الرابع: رصدنا فيه آثار هذه الكوارث على الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، والتي كانت في مجملها سلبية. أما الخاتمة فكانت حوصلة لأهم ما جاء في هذه الرسالة. This study sheds light on subject of the different types of natural disasters and their economic and social impacts on the Islamic Orient, from the first year of hidjri until the decline of the Umayyad state, this study is divided into four chapters, preceded by an introduction, and ends with a general conclusion, in addition to a bibliography and a list of resources. In the introduction discusses the importance of the subject, the reasons behind choosing it, and the obstacles we faced .It also defines the main resources that we relied on. Chapters come as follows: -Chapter I: definition of disasters, their types and different explanations. We discussed the terminological and literary definitions of disasters. We clarified, too, the various interpretations that were prevalent at that period. -Chapter II: it was a kind of survey to the types of disasters that occurred in the Islamic orient during the investigated period. We made a census to the number of these disasters (earthquakes, floods, drought, fires, and storms) that occurred in that period. -Chapter III: in this chapter we spoke about the effort made by the newly emerging Islamic state to face disaster and showed how efforts differed from one era to another. -Chapter IV: we spooked the effect of these disasters on the economic and social life, which were negative in general. The conclusion was the synthesis off all what was talked about in this dissertation.
