Abstract

تتناول هذه الرسالة والموسومة بـ "منهج الإمام البخاري في الجرح والتعديل من خلال كتابه التاريخ الكبير"، دراسةً استقرائية مقارنة لمنهج الإمام البخاري النقدي في تقييم رواة الحديث. وتسلط الرسالة الضوء على عبقرية البخاري النقدية من خلال استرجاع ممارسته للجرح والتعديل، وتحليل ألفاظه ومصطلحاته الخاصة والمشتركة بدقة، مع تبين أسباب إقلاله من التعديل ودلالة سكوته عن بعض الرواة. كما تُبرز الدراسة الأثر البالغ والقيمة العلمية لكتاب "التاريخ الكبير" باعتباره تحولًا رئيسيًا وموسوعة رائدة اعتمدت ترتيبًا مبتكرًا على حروف المعجم، وشكّلت موردًا أساسيًا ومصدرًا استلهمت منه مصنفات الجرح والتعديل اللاحقة. This thesis, titled 'The Methodology of Imam Al-Bukhari in Jarh and Ta'dil (Disputation and Commendation) Through His Book Al-Tarikh Al-Kabir,' presents a comparative, inductive study of Imam Al-Bukhari's critical methodology in evaluating Hadith narrators. The thesis highlights Al-Bukhari's critical genius by reconstructing his practice of Jarh and Ta'dil, and meticulously analyzing both his unique and shared terminology. Furthermore, it clarifies the reasons behind his infrequent use of explicit commendation (Ta'dil) and the implications of his silence regarding certain narrators. The study also underscores the profound impact and scientific value of 'Al-Tarikh Al-Kabir', showcasing it as a major turning point and a pioneering encyclopedia that adopted an innovative alphabetical arrangement, thereby serving as a foundational resource and inspiration for subsequent literature in the field of Jarh and Ta'dil.
