التفسير المقاصدي عند محمد عزة دروزة من خلال كتابه التفسير الحديث

تناولت هذه الدّراسة قضية جوهرية معاصرة في علم التّفسير، تتعلّق بأهميّة استحضار البعد المقاصدي في تفسير القرآن ودوره في تجلية المبادئ والمقاصد القرآنية المحكمة، لدى شخصية علمية لها أثرها البارز في هذا الميدان، تحت عنوان " التّفسير المقاصدي عند محمد عزّة دروزة من خلال كتابه التفسير الحديث"، فبعد التّعريف بالموضوع في المقدّمة وبيان أهميّته ودوافع اختياره، ذكرت في التّوطئة خلاصة المراحل التّي مرّ بها التّفسير واتجاهاته المعاصرة، وتناولت في الفصل الأول من الرّسالة التّعريف بالمؤلِّف والمؤلَّف من خلال مبحثين، خصّصت الأول للتّعريف بدروزة؛ نشأته وعصره ونضاله السّياسي والعلمي ومؤلفاته ووفاته، وتحدّثت عن ظروف تأليف الكتاب ووصفه وبيان الغاية من تألفيه ومنهجه في التّفسير في المبحث الثاني الذي جعلته كمدخل للتّعريف بالكتاب. أما الفصل الثّاني فتحدّثت فيه عن التّفسير المقاصدي عند دروزة من النّاحية النّظرية في ثلاثة مباحث، عرّفت في البداية بالتّفسير المقاصدي وثنّيت بالحديث عن أهميّة البعد المقاصدي في تفسير القرآن، وذكر علاقة المقاصد بالقرآن والتّفسير، ثمّ أفردت المبحث الثّاني للكلام عن موقف دروزة من اعتبار البعد المقاصدي في تفسير القرآن، حيث بيّنت مفهوم المقاصد عند دروزة من خلال تقسيمه للقرآن إلى أسس ووسائل تدعيمية، ذاكرةً بعض المصطلحات التّي تتبّعتها في تعبيره عن المقاصد، كالمبدأ والهدف والحكمة والغاية ...، وتكلّمت في المطلب الموالي عن موقف دروزة من اعتبار البعد المقاصدي في التّفسير، ثمّ نوّهت بأهميّة النّظرة الشّمولية في تفسير القرآن عند دروزة. وخصّصت المبحث الثّالث للحديث عن وسائل فهم مقاصد القرآن عند دروزة من خلال جمعها في ثلاث نقاط أساسية، تكلّمت في المطلب الأول عن طريقته في تفسير القرآن وفق ترتيب النّزول ودورها في تجلية المقاصد القرآنية، فأوجزت الحديث بداية بإيراد آراء بعض العلماء حول المسألة وذكر أهمّ من سلكوا هذا المنهج، موضّحة وجهة نظر دروزة وأسباب اختياره وردّه على من ينكر ذلك، ثم ثنّيت بالحديث عن أهمية اعتبار دلالة السّياق ودورها في الكشف عن مقاصد القرآن عنده، وختمت المبحث بالكلام عن عصر النّزول وحثّ دروزة على ضرورة الإحاطة به لفهم القرآن وتجلية مقاصده معزّزة ذلك ببعض الأمثلة. وأردفت الفصل الأخير للحديث عن التّفسير المقاصدي عند دروزة من النّاحية التّطبيقية، لأمثل فيه لأهمّ المقاصد القرآنية التّي نوّه عليها في سياق تفسيره من خلال مبحثين، أولّهما تكلّمت فيه عن المبادئ القرآنية العامة الملحوظة في كلّ القرآن الكريم، كمبدأ التّوحيد والعدل وصلاح الإنسان والتّيسير وقابلية الإختيار والتّوبة، والمبادئ الإجتماعية والأخلاقية والسّياسة، والمقاصد الأسلوبية، أمّا المبحث الثّاني فجعلته للحديث عن المبادئ القرآنية الخاصّة والملحوظة في آيات معيّنة كآيات الأحكام وآيات القصص. وفي الأخير ختمت هذه الرسالة بخاتمة لخصّت فيها مجمل النّـتائج التّي توصّلت إليها من خلال هذا الجهد، أهمها تصنيف التفسير الحديث ضمن التفاسير التي نحت الاتجاه المقاصدي، من خلال عناية صاحبه عناية واضحة وجلية ببيان مقاصد القرآن ومبادئه المحكمة والصالحة لكل زمان ومكان، ثمّ ذيّـلت البحث بفهارس علمية. We dealt in this study, with a significant modern issue in "Tafsir" , which is related to the importance of bringing the purposive dimension to the translation of Quran, and its role in revealing the Quranic firmed principles and purposes, by a scientific personality which has an eminent impact on this field, under the title of "The Purposive Interpretation By Izzat Darawaza" through his book "Modern Intepretation".After defining the theme in the introduction, and revealing its importance and the motives of choosing it, I mentioned the summary of the stages which "Tafsir" has gone through , as well as its modern directions.Furthermore, we introduced the author in the first chapter of the thesis through two sections, the first one was devoted to introducing "DARAWAZA" by defining him, his upbringing, his era, his political and scientific struggle, his authorships and his death. While in the second section we talked about the circumstances of writing this book, and also describing it and showing the aim of writing it, as well as his interpreting method, we ended this section with an entrance to the introduction of the book. I devoted the second chapter to discuss about "The Purposive Interpretation" of Darawaza's, from the theoretical side in three sections, in the beginning, I defined the "Purposive Interpretation", afterwards, I highlighted its importance in Interpreting the Quran, and I referred to the relation between the "Maqassid" (purposes) , Quran and interpretation. Thereafter, in the second section, I discussed Darawaza's position about the consideration of the purposive dimention in interpreting the holly Quran, in which I indicated Darawaza's definition of the Quranic Purposes through sectioning the holly Quran into bases and supportive means, furthermore, I mentioned a few terms which I followed in his expression of the "Purposes", like "the principle", "the goal", "the wisdom", "the aim"...etc, I continued talking in the next section about Darawaza's position about the consideration of the purposive dimention in interpreting the holly Quran and then I highlighted Darawaza's extensive vision in interpreting the holly Quran. The third section treated the tools needed to understand the purposes of the holly Quran -given by Darawaza- in three main points. Firstly I explained his approach in interpreting the holly Quran basing on the revelation sequence, and its role in revealing the purposes of the holly Quran, thus, I started by briefly adding the opinions of some of the main scientists who had studied this subject and deepened in it, explaining Darawaza's point of view, the reasons of his choice of this subject and his response to those who deny it. After that, I showed the significance of the sonsideration of following and understanding the context and its role in disclosing the purposes of the holly Quran by Darawaza. I concluded the section by talking about the era and the circumstances surrounding the revelation of the holly Quran, which Darawaza urged to be aware of in order to understand the holly Quran and its purposes, enhancing it with a few examples. In the last chapter, I went to speak about the practical side of Darawaza's purposive interpretation, where I presented the main Quranic purposes he had emphasized on in his interpreting context through two sections: in the first one I talked about the general Quranic principles which are clearly noticed in all the holly Quran, for instance the "Monotheism",justice, the righteousness of the human, the ability of choosing and repentance principles, as well as the social,political and ethical principles, and the stylistic purposes. While the second section was devoted to talk about the Quranic principles specialized for and remarked in certain verses of the holly Quran, like the verses of Islamic rules and the stories verses. At last, I ended this thesis with a conclusion, summarising all the results (findings) I reached through this effort, the most important one was categorising the modern interpretation amongst the contemporary interpretations which took the purposive direction, and considering Darawaza one of the biggest names of Quranic interpretation in the modern age, who had given an enormous care in calling for attention for the Quranic purposes, and who had prohibited the interpreting the Quranic verses without taking in consideration their aims, purposes and rules.
