عنوان هذه المذكرة هو: تحقيق رسالة الإفصاح ببعض ما جاء من الخطأ في كتاب الإيضاح لأبي الحسين سليمان بن محمد بن عبد الله بن الطراوة المالقي (ت 528هـ). وهي تحقيق لمخطوط قديم في النحو عنوانه: رسالة الإفصاح ببعض ما جاء من الخطأ في كتاب الإيضاح، وهو الأثر الوحيد الذي وصل إليها من آثار ابن الطراوة المالقي، والكتاب كما هو ظاهر من عنوانه يردّ فيه ابنُ الطراوة على كتاب (الإيضاح) لأبي علي الفارسي وجزئه الآخِر المسمّى (التكملة) ويتتبعه بالنقد لِما رأى من تهافت الناس في الأندلس عليه، وقد ظهر له أنّه ليس بتلك المنزلة وأنّ غيره من الكتب والمختصرات أنفع منه. وقد حَقّق هذا الكتاب أول مرة حاتم الضامن ثم أعاد تحقيقه عياد الثبيتي واعتمدا على نسخة وحيدة هي النسخة المحفوظة في مكتبة الاسكوريال بإسبانيا وقد وقع في التحقيقين السابقين تصحيف وتحريف وسقط كثير، فهذه المذكرة هي تحقيق ثالث لهذا المخطوط بعد الكشف عن نسخة مخطوطة جديدة محفوظة في مكتبة الملك عبد العزيز العامة بالرياض-السعودية، وتضمنت كذلك تحقيق الحواشي التي وردت في نسخة الاسكوريال التي يرد فيها صاحبها على الطراوة في اعتراضاته، وقد ترجح بعد البحث أنها منسوبة إلى أبي إسحاق الشاطبي جمعها أحد تلاميذه وقد يكون أبا بكر بن عاصم. وينقسم هذا البحث إلى قسمين: قسم مقدمة التحقيق، وقسم النص المحقق. فأما المقدمة فقد تضمنت تعريفا بموضوع المخطوط، وبالتحقيقين السابقين والحاجة التي دعت إلى إعادة تحقيقه، وبعض ما عرض في أثناء ذلك من صعوبات، كما ورد فيها ذكر لبعض المصادر والدراسات السابقة التي أقيمت عن ابن الطراوة وآرائه، ثم عرضٌ لبعض الأدلة التي ترجح نسبة الحواشي، ثم ترجمة مختصرة لابن الطرواة ثم تحقيق عنوان الكتاب ونسبته إلى المؤلف، ثم وصف النسختين المخطوطتين، والمنهج المتبع في التحقيق، والرموز المستخدمة، ويلي ذلك نماذج من صور النسختين. وأما القسم الثاني فهو النص المحقق بجزئيه: الرد على كتاب الإيضاح والرد على كتاب التكملة مذيلا بالحواشي. والحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات. The title of this Research is “A Report of Rissala Al ifsah bibaadh ma djaa mina al-khataa fi Kitab Al Idhah / A statement of Some Mistakes Within The Book Of Clarification” written by Abu Al Hussein Soleiman B’nu Mohamed B’nu Abdellah Ibnu Tarawa Al Maliqi (died in 528 Hijri).

This work is a report of an ancient manuscript entitled: “Rissala Al ifsah bibaadh ma djaa mina al-khataa fi Kitab Al Idhah / A statement of Some Mistakes Within The Book Of Clarification” and it is the only trace which we inherited from the works of Ibnu Tarawa Al Maliqi.

As suggested by its title, in this book, Ibnu Tarawa responds to Abi Ali Al Farissi’s book “Al Idhah/The clarification” and its last section called “Al-Takmilah / The Sequel” and criticises the way the people rushed upon it in Andalousia. It looks finally that it doesn’t deserve so much consideration and turned out to be less important than some its contemporary books and essays.

This book had been first reviewed by Dr. Hateem Adhamin and then, by Ayad Athabiti and they both worked on a single manuscript copy which is kept at the Library of El Escorial in Madrid –Spain. These two reviews contain a lot of mistakes including distortion, falsification and other errors…

This work is a third review of this manuscript following the discovery of a new copy which is kept at King Abdulaziz’s Library in Ryad-KSA. This latter includes also reviews of the margin comments of the El Escorial copy and in which the commentator responds to Ibnu Tarawa challenges. Resarch showed that the comments are attributed to Abi Ishak Al Chatibi. They were collected by some of his students and it was probably Aba Bakr Ibnu Assim.

This research is divided into two sections: The first section is an introduction to the review and the second is dedicated to the reviewed text. In the introduction, we find a definition of the subject (the manuscript) and the two reviews as well as the factors urging another review. It also contains passages of the difficulties encountered and reference to some of the resources and previous research made on Ibnu Tarawa and his thoughts. Then, it looks into the evidence which considers more likely the origin of the margins. After that, we find a short biography of Ibnu Tarawa and a review of the book title and its association to the author. Later on, comes a description of the two manuscripts copies, the approach taken for the review and the symbols used. The section is finally completed by sample copies of the two manuscripts. The second section explores the two parts of the reviewed text: a response to “Al Idhah /The clarification” book and a response to the “Al-Takmilah /The Sequel” book with the annotated margins. La recherche porte sur un ancien manuscrit ayant comme titre:

« Enquête ce qui a été dévoilé des erreurs existant dans le livre de la clarification ». Cet ouvrage étant le seul vestige littéraire de ce qui nous ait parvenu des œuvres d´Ibnu Tarawa Al Maliqi. Comme suggéré par son titre, dans ce livre, l´auteur répond à “Al Idhah/La clarification” et à sa suite intitulée “Al-Takmilah /Le Complementl” et remet en cause la façon dont il a été reçu lors de son apparition en Andalousie. Il s’est avéré finalement qu’il ne mérite pas tant de considération vu qu’il existait d’autres ouvrages plus importants et plus bénéfiques.

Ce fut Dr. Hateem Adhamin qui, pour la première fois, a revu ce livre. Après lui ce fut au tour de Ayad Athabiti de le revoir. Les deux auteurs ont tous les deux travaillé sur l’unique manuscrit qui existait à l’époque et qui était préservé à la bibliothèque El Escorial à Madrid, Espagne. Ces deux versions contiennent beaucoup d’erreurs dont certaines distorsions et falsifications… Cette etude constitue un troisième travail de recherche sur ce manuscrit suite à la découverte d’une nouvelle version de celui-ci au niveau de la bibliothèque principale du Roi Abdulaziz à Ryad, en Arabie Saoudite. Cette version contient également la revue des commentaires en marges existant dans la version de l’El Escorial et dans lesquels l’auteur a répondu aux revendications d’Ibnu Tarawa. Quelques sources prétendent que les commentaires en question sont attribués à Abi Ishak Al Chatibi et ils ont été collectés par un de ses étudiants; un certain Aba Bakr Ibnu Assim.

La thèse est divisée en deux parties: La première partie comporte une introduction à la thèse elle-même et la deuxième le texte de la version sur laquelle est basé l’ensemble de ce travail.

Dans l’introduction, nous retrouvons la définition du sujet (le manuscrit) et les deux autres versions, ainsi que les facteurs qui nous ont emmenés à entreprendre ce travail de recherche. Elle contient également des passages sur les contraintes rencontrées lors de la recherche et une référence à certaines ressources et les recherches effectuées sur Ibnu Tarawa et ses réflexions. D’autres parties de l’introduction sont aussi consacrées à quelques preuves traçant l’origine des commentaires sur les marges, puis à une brève biographie d’Ibnu Tarawa ainsi qu’une petite investigation sur le titre de l’ouvrage et son attribution à ce dernier. Plus loin, on retrouve une description des deux manuscrits puis, la méthode de recherche adoptée et les différents symboles utilisés, et enfin que quelques exemplaires des deux versions du manuscrit.

Quant à la deuxième partie, elle explore le texte de référence avec ces deux parties: La réponse au livre “Al Idhah /La clarification” et la réponse à sa suite “Al-Takmilah / Le Complement” comportant les annotations sur les marges.
