اختلاف نسخ الكتاب الحديثي وأثره في النقد والفقه : - سنن الإمام أبي داود نموذجا -

الدّراسة في مجملها تحوي شقّين: شق تنظيري وشق تطبيقي. تناول من خلالها الباحث مشكلة الاختلافات الواقعة بين النّسخ الخطية للكتب الحديثية، ثم خصّص الجانب التّطبيقي على كتاب: "سنن الإمام أبي داود السّجتساني". حيث بحث في الفصل التّمهيدي: مسألة الكتابة والكتب، وعناية الأمة بهما، وبين طرائق العلماء في توثيق التّراث، ثم أتبع ذلك بتعريف مختصر للكتاب محلّ الدّراسة ولصاحبه. وتناول في الفصل الأوّل: موانع الوقوع في الاختلاف بين والنّسخ، وذكر جملة من التّدابير الوقائية لذلك، ثم عالج بعد ذلك الأسباب المؤدية لوقوع الاختلاف بين النّسخ، ومصدره، وصور الاختلافات بين النّسخ، وموقف العلماء منها وتفاعلهم معها، مع ضرب أمثلة لذلك من مشهور كتب السّنة. ليأتي الفصل التّطبيقي على الكتاب محلّ الدّراسة: حيث عرّف الباحث ببعض نسخ السّنن من روايتي: اللؤلؤي وابن داسة، ثم حاول جرد غالب الاختلافات بين نسخ السّنن في جداول. ثم بيّن بعدها الأثر النّقدي والفقهي لهذه الاختلافات في الكتاب. ثم ختم الدّراسة بخاتمة أورد فيها أهم النّتائج والتّوصيات.

The study in its entirety contains two parts: theoretical and applied. The researcher deal with problem of: "differences between the written copies(manuscripts)of books of ALHADITH. and he took: "SUNAN ABI-DAWOOD" as a model. At first the researcher talk about the issue of writing and books; and the attention that took to them. and the methods of scientists at the Heritage Documentation, and then followed that brief definition of the book under study and its owner. Secondly: he talk about the contraindications to fall into the differences between the copies, and mentioned a number of preventive measures for it. then dealt with after that the reasons leading to the occurrence of the differences between the copies, the source kinds and the differences between the copies, , and the attitude of the scholars of them and interact with them, with the cited examples of the famous books of Hadiths narration. Thirdly: he applied on the book under consideration, where the researcher give a definition for some copies of: "SUNAN ABI-DAWOOD", and then he try to inventory the majority of differences between copies of the Sunan in tables. And then later he highlights monetary and idiosyncratic impact of these differences in the book.
