منهج الشيخ الألباني في تعليل الأحاديث من خلال ضعيف سنن أبي داود كتابي الطهارة والصلاة أنموذجا : دراسة تحليلية نقدية

Abstract

تمثَّل هذا البحث في دراسة كتابَي الطهارة والصلاة من كتاب "ضعيف سنن أبي داود الأم" للشيخ محمد ناصر الدين الألباني، وهو يضم مئة وتسعة وتسعين حديثًا، في محاولةٍ لإبراز منهجه في تعليل الأحاديث، فجاء البحث موسومًا بعنوان: ((منهج الشيخ الألباني في تعليل الأحاديث من خلال ضعيف سنن أبي داود - كتابا الطهارة والصلاة أنموذجًا - دراسة تحليلية نقدية))؛ ومما دفعني إلى هذا البحث أن أحكام الشيخ على الأحاديث قد لقيت ترحيبًا من البعض فقدَّموها على أحكام النقاد، كما لقيت معارضة شديدة من آخرين وصفوها بالسطحية وعدم الدقة، فتبادرت إلى ذهني أسئلة أهمها: ما العلل التي حكم بها الشيخ على ضعف الأحاديث؟ وما مسلكه في الكشف عنها؟ وهل تصلح هذه العلل لتكون سببًا في تضعيف الأحاديث وردِّها؟ وهل كان منهجه واضح الخطوات؟ وهل وافق أحكام النقاد أم خالفهم؟ ويسعى هذا البحث إلى تبيين منهج الشيخ في تعليل الأحاديث، وقد قسَّمته إلى فصل تمهيدي تناولتُ فيه حياة الألباني الشخصية والعلمية ومدخلًا إلى علم العلل، وفصل أول خصَّصته لمنهج الشيخ في بيان علل الإسناد كالانقطاع والجهالة وسوء الحفظ والتغيُّر والاضطراب وتعارض الرفع والوقف وتعارض الوصل والإرسال، وفصل ثانٍ تناولت فيه الشذوذ والنكارة ورواية الحديث بالمعنى وأخطاءه واختصار الرواية الـمُخِلّ ومخالفة الثابت الصحيح، وختمت البحث بخلاصة للنتائج مع بعض التوصيات. This research consists of a study of the two books on Purification (Ṭahārah) and Prayer (Ṣalāh) from Ḏa'īf Sunan Abī Dāwūd al-Umm by Shaykh Muhammad Nasir al-Din al-Albani, comprising one hundred and ninety-nine hadiths, undertaken in an attempt to elucidate his methodology in identifying the underlying defects (ta'līl) of hadiths; the research is accordingly titled: "Shaykh al-Albani's Methodology in Identifying the Defects of Hadiths through Ḏa'īf Sunan Abī Dāwūd — The Books of Purification and Prayer as a Case Study: A Critical Analytical Study." Among the motivations behind this research is the fact that the Shaykh's rulings on hadiths have met with enthusiastic acceptance from some, who gave them precedence over the rulings of hadith critics (nuqqād), while meeting with strong opposition from others, who described them as superficial and imprecise; this gave rise to several questions, the most important being: What defects ('ilal) did the Shaykh rely on to weaken hadiths? What was his method for uncovering them? Do these defects hold up as valid grounds for weakening and rejecting a hadith? Was his methodology clear and systematic in its steps? And did his conclusions align with those of the hadith critics or diverge from them? This research seeks to clarify the Shaykh's methodology in identifying the defects of hadiths, and is divided into a preliminary chapter addressing al-Albani's personal and scholarly life along with an introduction to the science of hadith defects ('ilm al-'ilal); a first chapter devoted to the Shaykh's methodology in identifying defects in the chain of transmission (isnād), such as disconnection (inqitā'), anonymity of transmitters (jahālah), poor memory and alteration, inconsistency (iḏtirāb), and conflicts between attribution to the Prophet (raf') versus a Companion (waqf) and between continuous (waṣl) and interrupted (irsāl) chains; and a second chapter addressing anomalous transmission (shudhūdh), objectionable transmission (nakārah), errors in paraphrased transmission, problematic abridgment of texts, and contradiction with established, authentic hadiths; the research concludes with a summary of findings and recommendations.
