الإستقلالية في العمل في التراث السوسيولوجي

Abstract

سلامية - قسنطينة ملخص: يمثل هذا البحث محاولة للكشف عن مفهوم الاستقلالية في العمل في التراث السوسيولوجي،بوصفها مشروعا للتميز والإبداع في التنظيم. الاستقلالية من المفاهيم الأكثر تعقيدا وتعددا في المعاني في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، غير أن ما يهمنا هو المفهوم في حقل علم اجتماع التنظيمات. ظهور مفهوم الاستقلالية كان مصاحبا لمفهوم الفرد، بدءا من عصر الأنوار، ثم في الفكر السوسيولوجي للآباء المؤسسين لعلم الاجتماع، خصوصا في المقاربة الفردانية لماكس فيبر وإسهاماته في علم الاجتماع: يتعلق الأمر بسوسيولوجيا الفهم والنموذج المثالي للبيرقراطية، وصولا إلى نظريات حديثة عالجت الموضوع مثل نظرية التحليل الاستراتيجي ونظرية التعديل الاجتماعي، أين أخذ المفهوم تحديده المادي خصوصا مع تطور العامل التقني. Abstract : Our goal in this work is to see what is the meaning given to the concept of autonomy at work in sociology. Autonomy is one of the most complex concepts in the field of social and human sciences, but what interests us is his sense sociology of organizations. The concept of autonomy appeared with the notion of the individual, from the enlightenment, also in sociological thinking of the founding fathers of sociology, particularly through the individualistic approach of Max Weber and his contributions in sociology: the sociology understanding and bureaucratic paradigm, arriving at other theories that have addressed the theme such as strategic analysis and social regulation or concept took its real concrete definition.
