أثر المسائل اللغوية في خلاف الفقهاء

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث أهمية اللغة العربية في فهم الشريعة الإسلامية، من خلال بيان كونها سببا من أسباب خلاف الفقهاء. وقد اخترت المسائل التي مرجع الخلاف فيها إلى العربية في باب من أبواب اللغة وهو: «ظرف الزمان»، وجاء البحث فيه على شقين اثنين: الشق الأول: ذكر المسألة الفقهية، ثم بيان أصلها اللغوي الذي تنبني عليه. الشق الثاني: ذكر الأصل اللغوي، ثم بيان ما يتفرع عنه من مسائل فقهية. Abstract: This research addresses the importance of the Arabic language in the understanding of Islamic law –Sharia- through the statement of being a cause of disagreement jurists (scientists). I have chosen the issues that reference the dispute in which the Arabic Language in a door of her doors, an adverb of time, the research was divided into two party: 1- first part: the presentation of jurisprudentiels issues and then elucidation of the origin linguistic basis on which it is based. 2- The second part: the presentation of the linguistic origin and the jurisprudentiels issues arising out of it.
