الحماية الدولية للأطفال من التجنيد والاشتراك في العمليات العسكرية

Abstract

مازالت قضية تجنيد الأطفال تتزايد بصورة مستمرة في النزاعات المسلحة، رغم ما أقرته العديد من الوثائق الدولية من حماية للطفل، يجري استهداف الأطفال دون سواهم للتجنيد على أيدي القوات المسلحة وجماعات المعارضة المسلحة واستخدامهم في أعمال القتال وفي الجاسوسية أو أعمال التخريب، بل أصبحوا أدوات لارتكاب المجازر والانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني. وقد أصبحت هناك ضرورة ملحة لتحريم اشتراك الأطفال في أي نزاع مسلح، لأنه يتجافى مع الإنسانية أن يتم السماح للأطفال بالمشاركة في الحروب وتعريض حياتهم للخطر، لذلك تعرضت العديد من الوثائق الدولية إلى موضوع تجنيد الأطفال وحاولت منح أقصى حماية لهم لإبعادهم عن خطر الحرب، إما بحظر تجنيدهم أو تحديد سن معينة لتجنيدهم أو منحهم معاملة خاصة عند اعتقالهم كجنود حرب. The targeting of children being singled out for recruitment by armed forces and armed opposition groups and their use in hostilities and groups in espionage or sabotage, but they became tools for commiting massacres and massive violation of international humanitarian law. There has become an urgent necessity to prohibit involvement of children in armed conflict because it atjavy with humanity that is allowing children to take part in wars and put their lives in danger. therefore it suffered numerous international documents on the subject of recruiting children and tried to granting maximum protection to them to keep them away from the danger of war. As for the prevention of recruitment or identify a certain age to recruit them or give them special treatment when they were arrested war soldiers.
