الأفكار الإقتصادية عند مالك بن نبي

Abstract

يمكننا اعتبار المفكر الجزائري مالك بن نبي من أكبر المفكرين الذين اشتغلوا بدراسة الحضارة كأصل عام لكل مشاكل العالم الاسلامي ،ما يطرح على العقل المسلم، في هذا العصر. تحديات كبرى تقتضيه التفكير الجاد في حل مشكلة حضارته، ويعتبر التحدّي الاقتصادي من أهمّ التحديات التي تواجهنا اليوم والتي لا يمكنها أن تنفصل عن المشكلة الحضارية العامة . حاول مالك بن نبي -كما حاول أستاذه الأول ابن خلدون- أن يحلّل المشكلة ويدرس أبعادها ضمن السيرورة التاريخية للحضارة الاسلامية، وضمن هذه المحاولات استطاع الرجل ضمن تحليلاته الفكرية أن يطرح مفهوما إيجابيا للاقتصاد مبني على التخطيط العلمي والاستثمار الاجتماعي الانساني الثقافي قبل الاستثمار المالي، وعلى أساس المعادلة الاجتماعية للمجتمع المسلم، محذّرا من واقع ما يسميه الاقتصادانية وهو مظهر للاقتصاد المزيّف ،الذي يتناقض مع مفهوم التنمية الحقيقية، بما يحمله هذا المفهوم من فوضى وعشوائية وتبذير وسوء تسيير وزراعة للمشاريع في الهواء، إقتصاد غير مؤسس على مصادر الثروة الحقيقية (الإنسان) فهو اقتصاد ريعي هشّ، يؤدي حتما إلى واقع الإفلاس والعبثية التي تعانيها مجتمعاتنا الإسلامية اليوم ،ومنها المجتمع الجزائري، ويبعدنا تماما عن مشروع حقيقي للإقلاع الاقتصادي الضروري كقضية وجود في معركة البقاء.
