حماية المرفق العام في تشريعات الإعلام الجزائرية

Abstract

اهتم المشرع الجزائري بالعمل على إضفاء الحماية المستحقة للمرفق العام، من خلال تشريعاته الإعلامية الموجهة لتنظيم العمل الإعلامي، باستغلال نصوصها في منع وتجريم عدد من الأفعال التي يترتب عن ارتكابها عبر وسائل الإعلام الإخلال بسلامة المرافق العامة بطريقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، كاتخاذها وسيلة للمساس بسمعتها، أو نشر أسرارها أو إهانة موظفيها، وغير ذلك من التصرفات التي فضل المشرع تجريمها بمقتضى نصوصه الواردة في قانون العقوبات حماية لها ولمصلحة الجمهور في الاستفادة السلسة والمستمرة من خدماتها بشكل عام. Abstact The Algerian legislator has given a lot of importance to provide the protection due to the public service, through its media legislation to organize the work of the media, and this by exploiting its provisions in the prevention of acts committed by the media which disrupt the security of public services taking them as divulge its secrets or humiliate its employees,and other acts that the legislator has criminalized to its protection and protection of the public interest in order to benefit continually from its services in general.
