أثر اعتماد الية الفائدة على كفاءة الاستثمار

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر اعتماد آلية الفائدة على الاقتصاد بصفة عامة وعلى الاستثمار بصفة خاصة من خلال استعراض أدلة عن عدم جدوى هذه الآلية من الناحية الشرعية كونها من الربا المحرم ومن الناحية التطبيقية بالاعتماد على البرهان بالعكس أو الاستدلال بالتناقض حيث أن سعر الفائدة يحقق آثارا سلبية فإن التخلي عنه سوف يؤدي إلى تحقيق آثار إيجابية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن سعر الفائدة كتكلفة رأس المال تخفض من كفاءة الاستثمار بالتأثير على شقي الكفاءة، على المدخلات في زيادة تكلفة الإنتاج وعلى المخرجات من خلال تخفيض الربح في حالة المنافسة مع التأكيد على ضرورة التخلي عن سعر الفائدة في ظل وجود آلية أكثر جدوى هي الربح. Abstract The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the impact of the adoption of the interest mechanism on the economy in general and on investment in particular through reviewing evidence of the futility of this mechanism from the point of view of Shari'ah as it is forbidden and in practice, relying on proof or vice versa. Abandoning it will have positive effects. The study concluded that interest rate, such as capital cost, reduces the efficiency of investment by influencing inefficient inputs to increase the cost of production and output by reducing profit in the case of competition, while emphasizing the need to abandon the interest rate in the presence of a more profitable mechanism .
