تثمين الأملاك الوقفية في الجزائر

Abstract

تعتبر الأملاك الوقفية من الموارد الأساسية التي تراهن عليها بعض الحكومات في البلدان الاسلامية لتمويل المشاريع التنموية الوطنية و المحلية ، لما لها من أثر ايجابي على الواقع المعيشي والاجتماعي و الاقتصادي داخل المجتمع ، وهنا تكمن الغاية من اقرار مشروعيتها كشعيرة اسلامية هامة ، و يبقى تجسيد ذلك مرهونا بادارة أفضل و استغلال أمثل و استثمار أنجع للأملاك الوقفية . ABSTRACT Wakf or endowment properties are one of basic resources on which some governments within islamic countries are betting in order to provide funding for national and local development projects ; because of their positive impact on living, social and economic reality within the community, herein lies the purpose of their approved legitimacy as an important islamic rite, however, embodiment is subject to judicious management, optimal exploitation and most efficient investment of Wakf or endowment properties.
