مهارات أخصائي المعلومات في ظل عروض الخدمات الإلكترونية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة لقياس مستوى مهارات الطاقم البشري المتخصص بمكتبة الدكتور أحمد عروة بجامعة الأمير عبد القادر للعلوم الإسلاميةالضرورية لتقديم عروض الخدمات الإلكترونية تستوفي أصول الجودة لتحقيق رضا المستفيدين منها، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج دراسة الحالة للإلمام بالظاهرة وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وزع على عينة قصدية قدرت بـــ 26 فردا، كما تم الاعتماد على أسلوب الملاحظة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها امتلاك أفراد عينة البحث مستوى متوسط من مهارات التعامل مع مختلف التقنيات التكنولوجية الأساسية لتقديم الخدمات الإلكترونية. الكلمات المفتاحية: أخصائي المعلومات،المهارات، عروض الخدمات الإلكترونية، جامعة الأمير عبد القادر، قسنطينة.
