حكم التجارة بالعملات الأجنبية في الأسواق العالمية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان شرعية المتاجرة بالعملات في الأسواق المالية العالمية (فوركس)، ومدى ارتباطها بعقد الصرف في الفقه الإسلامي، كما قامت الدراسة بتحليل آلية المتاجرة بالعملات الأجنبية في الأسواق المالية العالمية، كما وضعت الدراسة مجموعة من الضوابط الشرعية تعمل على تجنيب المتعاملين مخاطر المضاربة بالأسواق العالمية. كما ناقشت الدراسة الفتاوى ذات العلاقة بهدف الوصول للحكم الشرعي في المضاربة بالعملات. ABSTRACT Foreign Currency World Trading in Islamic View The main aim of this study is to state the opinion of the Islamic Shariah in trading with foreign currencies in International Financial Markets (FOREX) and it's relation with Exchange Contract in Islamic Fiqh. The study also conducts analyses of the process of FOREX Trading in International Financial Market. In addition to that, there are several rules and regulations are suggested to help the FOREX dealers and guide them to avoid the risks of currency speculation.
