Abstract

دور الإمام الباقلاني في التأسيس الأصولي. يهدف الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على معالم التأسيس الأصولي عند الإمام الباقلاني، وإبراز الإسهامات العلمية التي جادت بها قريحة هذا العالم الفذ خدمة لمباحث أصول الفقه ومسائله بعد الإمام الشافعي ، وقد اقتضت طبيعة الدراسة من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية أن يتبنى الباحث المنهج التاريخي لاستقصاء حركة التأليف الأصولي ورصدها وأن يستعين بالمنهج الاستقرائي لتتبع البصمات التي تركها القاضي الباقلاني في مسار التصنيف الأصولي ، ليصل في الأخير إلى استنتاج قوة الحضور العلمي لهذا الإمام تطويرا وإثراء وتوسيعا لمباحث الأصول ومدى تأثيره فيمن جاء بعده من فطاحل العلماء وفحولهم . Abstarct The role of Al-imam El Bakillani on el-ossol establishment The aim of the researcher from this studyis standing on the main contours of the fundamentalist establishment of Al-imam El Bakillani, and showing the scientific contributions that wereborn from the talent of this unique scientist ; favor to the topics of science of el-ossol and its issues after the message putted by Al-imam El Shafi’i ; and the nature of this studyrequired the author to adopt the historicalmethod to investigate and observe the movement of the ossol’sauthorship , heusedalso the inductive method to follow the imprintsleft by El Kadi el Bakillani on the ossol’sautorship. At the end, the researcherarrived to conclude the power of the scientific existence of this Imam in the development and the enrichment of el-ossoltopics ; and hisbig impact on who came afterhimincluding all the geniusesscientists .
