Abstract

هذه الدراسة تبين حكمة الله العليم الخبير في تشريعه لنا الحدود والقصاص والتعزير عقوباتٍ على بعض المعاصي المتعدية الضرر, حفاظا على الضروريات الخمس الدين والنفس والعقل والعرض والمال, فهي زواجر للمجرمين, جوابر للتائبين, محققة للأمن بين المسلمين, مُصلحة للفرد والأسرة والمجتمع أجمعين, إقامتها بأرض خير لأهلها من أن يُمطَروا أربعين. ABSTRACT: It is the wisdom of Allah, the All-Aware, the All-Wise, that he has prescribed for us, punishments (alhudud), and retribution as punishments for some sins that have a far reaching danger on the person and the community. These punishments most of the time are placed sins that threaten one of the five necessities that Islam preserves, the religion, the self, the mind, the honor, the money. These punishments are warnings for the criminals. Moreover, they help create security and peace among Muslims, and discipline the person, the family and the society at large.
