تطبيق الأرشفة الالكترونية في الهيئات القضائية الجزائرية: دراسة ميدانية بمحكمة عين الدفلى.

Abstract

The study focusedon the fact of the electronic archiving of documents in the Algerian judicial bodies and the availability of their requirements and identification of the stages of their application. The study aimed at describing the fact of the application of electronic archiving at the court of Ain Dafla, searching for problems facing the archives and staff and proposing suitable solutions through using the method of observation and interview with the court officials. The study has concluded that there is an electronic archive that reflects the implementation of the project in the most of interests of the court despite the existence of some administrative problems, technical and marginalization, ملخص: عالجت الدراسة واقع الأرشفة الالكترونية للوثائق بالهيئات القضائية الجزائرية ومدى توفر متطلباتها والتعرف على مراحل تطبيقها، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى وصف واقع تطبيق الأرشفة الالكترونية بمحكمة عين الدفلى بالبحث عن المشكلات التي تواجه الأرشيف والموظفين واقتراح الحلول المناسبة لها من خلال استخدام أسلوب الملاحظة والمقابلة مع المسئولين بالمحكمة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أرشيف إلكتروني ما يعكس تطبيق المشروع في معظم مصالح المحكمة بالرغم من وجود بعض المشكلات الإدارية، التقنية والتهميش
