مناهج و تحديات تطوير منتجات الهندسة المالية الاسلامية - الصكوك نموذجا

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة مختلف المناهج و التحديات التي تؤدي إلى تطوير منتجات الهندسة المالية الاسلامية متطرقين الى أهم منتوج ألا و هو الصكوك الاسلامية و قد توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: - توسع رقعة الحلول والمنتجات المالية الإسلامية التي تواكب احتياجات قطاعات واسعة من المستثمرين سواء الحكومات أو الشركات. - الدعم الحكومي سواء بالتشجيع من خلال القوانين المنظمة للصكوك الإسلامية أو من خلال إصدارها بواسطة البنوك المركزية والمساهمة في تغطيتها (مثال صكوك السلم بمملكة البحرين) وذلك لكونها أحد أدوات تطوير أسواق المال بهذه الدول. Abstract: In this paper, we aim to identify the various approaches and challenges that lead to the development of Islamic financial engineering products, and are concerned with the most important product, namely Islamic Sukuk. We have reached the following results: - Expanding the scope of Islamic financial solutions and products that meet the needs of large sectors of investors, whether governments or companies. - Government support, either through encouragement of laws regulating Islamic sukuk or through issuing it by central banks and contributing to its coverage (eg Sukuk Al-Salam in the Kingdom of Bahrain) as it is one of the tools for developing the capital markets in these countries. ;
