البعد المقاصدي لمخالفة الصّحابيّ الحديثَ النّبويّ.

Abstract

ملخّص المقال: يهدف البحث للكشف عن أسباب مخالفة الصّحابيّ الحديثَ النّبوي، ويركّز على الجانب المقاصدي الذي اعتمده الصّحابيّ في تلك المخالفة، ويخصّ بالذّكر بعض الأمثلة المتعلّقة بالمقاصد الضّروريّة الخمس؛ وهي: حفظ الدّين والنّفس، والعقل، والنّسب، والمال، ليخلصَ للكشف عن جانب مهمّ من دقيق فهم الصّحابة –رضي الله عنهم-، وحرصهم على تعظيم جناب الشّريعة الإسلاميّة من خلال سعيهم لتحقيق أسرارها ومقاصدها في واقع النّاس وحياتهم. The summary of the artical :This research aime to reveale the reason why the SAHABI violates the prophet’s speach, and focusing on his intention that he based on, mentioning some exemples related with The Five essentials Intentions : (protecting religion, protectikg self, protecting the mind, protecting the propotions, and protecting the money) ; to improve the smart understanding of SAHABA, and their glorification of islamic religion by trying hard to reach its secrets and goals in this life.
