تحليل أثر التأمين البنكي في دعم نشاط البنوك التجارية دراسة عدد من البنوك لولاية قسنطينة

Abstract

يعد قطاع البنوك و قطاع التأمينات مكونان أساسيان في قطاع الخدمات المالية للاقتصاد، تعتبر الخدمات التأمينية جزءا مكملا للخدمات المصرفية ويشكل التأمين البنكي أحد القنوات الرئيسية لتطوير العلاقة بين هذين القطاعين، حيث يطلق التأمين البنكي على المؤسسة المالية التي تمارس نشاط التأمين وهو تقنية حديثة في مجال التأمين تهدف إلى توفير الخدمات التأمينية على مستوى شبابيك البنوك. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التأمين البنكي في دعم نشاط البنوك التجارية، وقد قمنا بتصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة من موظفي عدد من البنوك التجارية المتواجدة في ولاية قسنطينة، وقدر عدد أفراد العينة ب 73 موظف. و قد تم الاعتماد على التحليل الاحصائي باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss . توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين وجود عوامل تساهم في انتشار التأمين البنكي ودعم نشاط البنوك التجارية، كما توصلنا لوجود أثر لمزايا التأمين البنكي على دعم نشاط البنوك التجارية. الكلمات المفتاحية بالعربية: التأمين البنكي؛ البنوك التجارية؛ التأمين البنكي في الجزائر . Abstract: The banking sector and the insurance sector are essential components in the financial services of the economy field, the insurance services are an integral part of banking services and Banking Insurance is one of the main channels for the development of the relation between these two sectors, where the banking insurance is called on the financial institution that exercise insurance activity and it is a modern technique in the field of insurance that aims to provide insurance services to the bank counters. In this study we seek to identify the impact of banking insurance activity in the support of commercial banks, we have designed and distributed a questionnaire to a sample of the staff of a number of commercial banks in the city of Constantine. The estimated number of members of the sample is 73 employees and based on the statistical analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences.) The study found a correlation between the presence of some factors that contribute on the spread of bank insurance and support the activity of commercial banks, we have also found that the benefits of bank insurance has an impact on the support of the activity of commercial banks.
