من المستجدات المعاصرة في باب الوقف ما يسمى بالوقف الإلكتروني أو تحبيس الأصول الإلكترونية وتسبيل منافعها في أوجه الخير وهو مصطلح جديد ظهر بسبب ما جد في هذا الزمن من التقدم العلمي والتقنية الحديثة واتساع استخدامها ووفرة برامج التواصل السريع. فما هو الوقف الإلكتروني وما هي أهم صوره وما هي النماذج الإلكترونية الرائدة في مجال الوقف؟ ويأتي هذا البحث للإجابة عن هذه الإشكاليات ببيان مفهوم الوقف الإلكتروني وأهم صوره وأشكاله المعاصرة وذكر بعض الطرق للمساهمة في الوقف الإلكتروني ودوره. Abstract: One of the contemporary developments in the endowment section is the so-called electronic endowment or the locking of electronic assets and the exploration of its benefits in the aspects of goodness, which is a new term that has emerged due to the new scientific advances and modern technology that have been made at this time and the wide use of them and the abundance of rapid communication programs. So what is the electronic endowment and what are its most important forms and what are the leading electronic forms in the endowment field? This research comes to answer these problems by explaining the concept of electronic endowment and its most important forms and contemporary forms, and also to mention some ways to contribute to the electronic endowment and its role.
