Abstract

القرآنُ الكريم مِنَّةُ الله تعالى على البشرية، وهدايتُهُ لهم . لذلك كانت قراءته لازمةً، والمواظبة على ذلك أكيدة . لكن تعتري الانسان ظروف بدنية قد تحول بينه وبين القرآن، وتصيبه أمور طبيعية تمنعه من القرب من كتاب الله . ما هي هذه الموانع؟ وما هي الحلول الفقهية؟ هذا البحث يعالج هذه الناحية بكل أبعادها ويعطي الأحكام لكل صورها، في نطاق المذهب المالكي. . ملخص بالإنجليزية: The Holy Qur'an is the gift of Allah to humanity, and his guidance to them. So his reading was necessary, and keeping up with that is certain. However, a person suffers from physical conditions that may prevent him from the Qur'an, and natural things that prevent him from being close to the Book of God. What are these inhibitions? What are the doctrinal solutions? This research addresses this aspect in all its dimensions and gives judgments to all its forms, within the scope of the Maliki doctrine
