المتطلبات التنظيمية لنجاح عروض الخدمات الإلكترونية بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس توافر المتطلبات التنظيمية والبيئة التنظيمية الملائمة لانجاح عروض الخدمات الإلكترونية بالمكتبات الجامعية لولاية قسنطينة والوقوف على العناصر الضرورية لنجاح عروض الخدمات الإلكترونية بها كممارسة أملتها المتغيرات الراهنة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي للإلمام بالظاهرة، وتم الاعتماد على الإستبيان والمقابلة كأداتين لجمع البيانات كما تم الاستعانة ببرمجية SPSS للحسابات والإحصاءات. الكلمات المفتاحية بالعربية: الجاهزية التنظيمية؛ عروض الخدمات الإلكترونية؛ المكتبات الجامعية؛ مكتبات ولاية قسنطينة. I. ABSTRACT: This study aims at measuring the availability of the appropriate organizational requirements for the success of E-services offerings in the university libraries of the state of Constantine and the necessary elements to adopt e-services as a practice dictated by the current era. This study was based on adescriptive surveying aproach and utilised the questionnaire and the interview as techniques for collecting information ; statistical processing was performed through data analysis using the statisical program SPSS.
