Abstract

يعالج البحث أهمّ عقبات البناء التربوي والعلمي في التعليم الديني والشرعي لمنتسبيه، سواء المتعلمين، أو المعلمين من هيئات التدريس، مما أثّر سلبا على مؤسساته أوّلا، وعلى الأمة وطرائق تقدّمها تبعا، فيبحث أهم العقبات، متوصّلا عبر تحليل الشواهد والأمثلة، إلى رصد الآليات المُمَكِّنَةِ لتجاوزها، والحدّ من انتشارها على نحو رصين، واختير لتحقيق أهداف البحث التمثيل باثنتين منها: "الزمن المتجاوَز، والكفاءات المستعجلَة"، كنموذج واقعيّ، يدعم صحة ما هذه الدراسة. Abstract : This article concerningthe serious problemsandhurdles that face religious reality and legaleducation for itsaffiliates, at both educational levels, whichmeans: amonglearners, and teachers, i.e: among teacherswhoconstitute teaching staff, whichnegatively affects religious institutions and legaleducation in first place, then, nation and methods of its advance in second place. The article touches mostsignificant of thesehurdles and obstacles, arriving - through a set of evidence and examples and analyzing them - at monitoring a set of mechanismsthatenable us to overcomethem and limittheirspread in practical and sobermanner. A choicewas made to achieve aims of thisstudy and detect what mostsignificant educational and scientific construction hurdles and obstacles of its existence, which are in two of them: “ factors of: transcendent time and urgent competencies,” as a realistic model, withwhich researcher boosts the truth of what hestudied and proved.
