Abstract

أصبح الانتقال نحو اقتصاد أخضر يرتكز على الطاقة المتجددة يمثل هدفا رئيسيا لبعض الدول العربية، ومنها المغرب بشكل خاص، حيث يعتبر أن الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة رهانات يساهم من خلالها في المحافظة على البيئة للأجيال القادمة، وهو مسعى الدراسة الحالية، والتي اعتمد فيها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم الاطلاع على مختلف الدراسات والبحوث المتوفرة. وتم التوصل إلى أن دولة المغرب أنجزت مجموعة من الإصلاحات لتحسين إدماج البعد البيئي، إلا أنه على الرغم من اهتمامها بالطاقات المتجددة كطاقة نظيفة وبديلة للطاقة الأحفورية، فإن جميع الدلائل توضح بأن الطاقة المتجددة لن تستطيع أن تلعب هذا الدور في وقتنا الحالي نظرا للصعوبات التي تواجه تكنولوجيا الطاقة المتجددة وبالتالي الكلفة العالية للاستثمار، وعلى الرغم من ذلك فالمغرب تبذل مجهودات في إطار الطاقة المتجددة للتحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر. I. ABSTRACT: The transition to a green economy based on renewable energy has become a major goal for some Arab countries, including Morocco in a particular way. Where investment in renewable energies is baccalaureate that contributes to preserve the environment and this is what the study seeks to. In this study, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and many available studies were examined. It was concluded that the state of Morrocco has completed a series of reforms in order to improve the integration of the environmental dimension, but despite its interest in renewable energies as clean and alternative fossil energy, all the evidences show that renewable energy will not be able to play this role at this time because of the difficulties facing the technology of renewable energy. Therefore, the high cost of investment, despite this, Morrocco is spending great efforts within the framework of renewable energy to move towards the green economy.
