عَناوين المصنفات في المشكل والمصطلحات المقاربة المختلف والغَرِيب وأثرها على المصطلح الحديثي

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث مصطلح مشكل الحديث والمصطلحات المقاربة له كالغريب والمختلف والمؤلّفات التي أفردت هذه الأنواع بالتّصنيف فبينت استعمالات المؤلفين للمصطلح في عنوان الكتاب وأثر ذلك على المصطلح سواء أكان ذلك بالزّيادة على المتفق عليه أو بقصره على أحد أفراده وهل يؤاخذ المصنف لذلك أو لا يؤاخذ وبَينت جاهدًا أثر معرفة العنوان الصّحيح للكتاب في ادّعاء تغاير معنى المصطلح بين مؤلّف وآخر أو عصر وآخر. This research deals with the term “ Mushkil al hadith ” of hadith and the terms close to it such as “ Al-gharib and El-mokhtalif ” , and the literature that singled out these types by authorship in their books, And the impact of that on the term, whether by adding to the agreed-upon or limiting it to one of its meanings included in the term. Will the author be held accountable for that, or will he not be held accountable?, and I I tried to show diligently the effect of knowing the correct title of the book, To find out if it is true the claiming that the meaning of the term varies between one author and another, or one era and another.
