سعر الفائدة ( الربا) بين الاقتصاد الإسلامي و الوضعي: مقاربة فكرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى سعر الفائدة الذي يعتبر نوعا من أنواع الربا المحرم الذي يحمل في طياته مجموعة المساوئ و السلبيات، كما نسرد من خلال البحث نظرة الاقتصاديين لسعر الفائدة و مبررات استخدامها، كما نجد الكثير من المفكرين وفقهاء الاقتصاد ينبذون هذه المعاملة بسبب ماتخلفه من أضرار. و بالتالي توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود نبذ في الفكر الغربي لاستخدام الفائدة و المطالبة بضرورة إيجاد بديل و الذي يقدمه الاقتصاد الاسلامي المتمثل في الربح و اعتماد صيغ التمويل الإسلامية، كما أن الفائدة الصفرية لا علاقة بها بأصول الاقتصاد الإسلامي و أهدافه الساعية لتحقيق المكاسب لكل الأطراف. الكلمات المفتاحية: سعر الفائدة؛ الربا؛ أنواع الربا؛ نظريات سعر الفائدة؛ سعر الفائدة الصفري. The aim of this study is to identify the interest rate (Riba, Usury) which is considered a kind of forbidden usury (Riba), which carries with it a set of disadvantages and negatives, as we list through the research the economists' view of the interest rate and the justifications for its use, as we find many scholars of the economy reject this transaction because of its backwardness Damages. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the denunciation in occidental thought of using interest and demanding the necessity of finding an alternative that is presented by the Islamic economy in profit and the adoption of Islamic financing formulas, in other hand zero interest has nothing to do with the assets of the Islamic economy and its goals seeking to achieve gains for all parties.
