قراءة هادئة في دعاوى تجديد التفكير الاسلامي وفخ البدائل الفكرية المشبوهة ووالوافدة -اتفاقية سيداو أنموذجا

Abstract

الملخص: بين اجتهادات علماء الاسلام وجهودهم عبر القرون وبين دعاوى التجديد الحديثة والمعاصرة للتفكير الديني في الاسلام يتوقف المسلم ليتفحص حقيقة ما يدع اليه من جهة والاستدامة في الترحيل والتدوير المستدام للتحديات التي لم ولا يبدو الخروج منها في الامد العاجل ولا الطويل من جهة أخرى ، وهو ما تشهد به حياة الامة ، خاصة وقد تحولت تلك التحديات في خطابها من تحديات يبحث في الاجتهاد في حلها بما يطمئن المسلم على ثوابته وانتمائه -وهو المطلوب والمنطقي - إلى تحديات يجب التكيف معها بل وتبيئتها ، وهو ما تطالعنا به البدائل الدولية المطروحة التي لا يشارك فيها علماء الاسلام تفكيرا ولا حضورا ولا اقتراحا ويعمل على التعامل معها بأشكال مختلفة تصب كلها او اغلبها في عدم البت فيها بما يخدم معاني التجديد او يسير في اتجاهات اخرى لا علاقة للمسلمين بها فمنذ نهايات الحرب الباردة وفي اتجاه المتغيرات الدولية المتلاحقة والحاسمة التي أعادت هيكلة العلاقات الدولية وهندسة النظام الدولي الجديد في اسسه الفكرية والثقافية والحضارية وغيرها ، بدأت تصدر الطروحات تلو الطروحات منها الشاملة ومنها الجزئية الموجهة صوب العالم ككل وصوب الامة الاسلامية تحديدا ومنها "صدام الحضارات " و"نهاية التاريخ "و"اتفاقية سيداو" و"مقررات مركز راند" الامريكي كما ظهرت في إطار ذلك اقليميا" المبادرة العربية للسلام" و" الإبراهيمية الجديدة " وغيرها و التي تجاوزت فيها دعوات الانفتاح إلى التسليم المخل للخصوم الحضاريين وتقترج المداخلة قراءة مزدوجة لاتفاقية سيداو في ضوء الدعوات المستمرة لتجديد التفكير الديني لدى المسلمين وماذا يقول المختصون في أهمية إدراك أهدافها المعلنة وخاصة الخفية منها Between the efforts and endeavors of Islamic scholars andthe modern and contemporary calls for renewal of religious thought in Islam, the Muslim stops to examine the reality of what he is called for on the one hand and the sustainability in the transfer and sustainable recycling of the challenges that have not and do not seem to be resolved in the immediate or long termOn the other hand, which is what the life of the nation bears witness to, especially since those challenges have transformed their discourse from challenges that seek to solve them through ijtihad in a way that reassures the Muslim about his constants and affiliation - which is required and logical - to challenges that must be adapted to and even adapted to, which is what the proposed international alternatives present to us in which Islamic scholars do not participate in thinking, presence or proposal and work to deal with them in different ways that all or most of them pour into not deciding on them in a way that serves the meanings of renewal or goes in other directions that Muslims have no connection to ince the end of the Cold War and towards the successive and decisive international changes that restructured international relations and engineered the new international system in its intellectual, cultural, civilizational and other foundations, proposals began to appear one after another, some comprehensive and some partial, directed towards the world as a whole and towards the Islamic nation in particular, including the "Clash of Civilizations", "The End of History", "CEDAW Agreement" and the "Rand Center Decisions", as well as the "Arab Peace Initiative" and "New Abrahamism" and others, which went beyond calls for openness to a destructive surrender to civilizational opponents. The intervention proposes a dual reading of the CEDAW Agreement in light of the ongoing calls for the renewal of religious thinking among Muslims and what specialists say about the importance of realizing its declared goals, especially the hidden ones.
