البعد التجديدي في أصول الفقه في طرح محمد إقبال : باب الاجتهاد أنموذجا

Abstract

يحاول الباحث في هذه المداخلة البحثية تسليط الضوء على معالم التجديد للفكر الديني الإسلامي الذي نادى به محمد إقبال في مطلع ثلاثينيات القرن الماضي، وذلك بتناول زاوية من زوايا هذا التجديد، وهي دعوته إلى تجديد الجانب الأصولي والتشريعي من أدبيات الفكر الديني، ممثلا في باب من أبواب أصول الفقه ألا وهو باب الاجتهاد، حيث إن إقبالا يعتبر من حاملي لواء التجديد في مطلع القرن المنصرم، وقد شملت دعوته التجديدية عدة نواحي: فكرية وثقافية وفلسفية وأخلاقية، وأخرى فقهية تشريعية، فأراد الباحث من خلال هذه المداخلة تسليط الضوء على الرؤية التجديدية التي دعا إليها إقبال في هذا الجانب الأصولي التشريعي، وإبراز معالمها وكبرى دوافعها ومبرراتها.In this intervention, the researcher tries to shed light on the features of the renewal landmarks of Islamic religious thought supported by Muhammad Iqbal at the beginning of 1930s, by taking on one of the angles of this renewal, and it was his call to renovate the fundamental and legislative aspect of the literature of religious thought, represented in one of the chapters of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, namely the chapter of ijtihad, as Iqbal is rightly considered one of the standard-bearers of renewal in the early last century, and his call included several aspects: Through this intervention, the researcher wanted to shed light on the restored vision that Iqbal called for in this aspect of legislative fundamentalism, in order to highlight its features, major motives and justifications.
