Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة على تحليل اتجاهات المكتبيين بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية اتجاه تطبيق معيار ايزو 11620 وعلى وجه الخصوص تصورات واستعداد المكتبيين العاملين بالمكتبة المركزية بجامعة سطيف 1 لتطبيق المعيار بمكتبتهم وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبالاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات والتي تم توزيعها على المكتبيين المختصين في علم المكتبات البالغ عددهم 24 مكتبي من أجل تحديد مدى قابلية تطبيق المعيار وتقييم درجة استعدادهم، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك وعي كبير بأهمية وفائدة تطبيق معيار ايزو 11620 بالمكتبات الجامعية لتحسين الأداء بها مع توافق مهاراتهم ومكتسباتهم لتطبيقه مع استعدادهم لتبني مؤشرات المعيار وتنفيذها على .المدى البعيد لنجاح العملية وتحقيق الغرض من تطبيقه بالمكتبة This study aims to analyze the attitudes of the office of the Algerian university libraries towards the application of the ISO 11620 standard and in particular the perceptions and readiness of the office of the central library at the University of Setif 1 to apply the standard in their library, using the descriptive analytical approach and depending on the questionnaire tool in data collection that was distributed to the office specialists in science The 20 libraries of the office in order to determine the extent of the ability to apply the standard and evaluate the degree of their willingness, as the results of the study showed that there is a great awareness of the importance and benefit of applying the ISO 11620 standard in university libraries to improve performance with them with the compatibility of their skills and gains to apply it with their willingness to adopt the
