قصور التنظير السياسي العربي : دراسة في تمثلات وبواعث الأزمة

Abstract

تأتي هذه الدراسة في سياق مناقشة القضايا والمتغيرات ذات الصلة بحقل النظرية السياسية، لاسيما ما تعلق بمدى كفاءة الأسس النظرية التحليلية الغربية، وقابليتها للاعتماد في تفسير وتحليل القضايا العربية ذات الطابع السياسي، ومن ثم فإنها تهدف إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع التنظير السياسي العربي، من منظور تحليلي تسعى من خلاله للوصول إلى تشخيص الأزمته، ومن ثم إلى تحديد استراتيجيات كفؤة لتجاوزها، ترمي إلى تحقيق قدر من الاستقلال المنهجي، الذي يبقى رهين صياغة مبتكرة لنظرية مستقلة تستجيب الخصوصية الواقع السياسي للمجتمعات العربية، والمتغيرات المحورية الفاعلة فيه، تقتضي إعادة فحص التراث العربي الإسلامي المتراكم للمعرفة السياسية، واختبار ما طرح بداخله من أفكار وتصورات ونظريات، قصد الوقوف على مدى تطابقها مع الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي العربي، أو بالأحرى مدى ما يمكن أن تقدمه من إسهام في فهم وتطوير هذا الواقع، يتيحإمكانية استثماره في بناء نظرية سياسية ذات طابع تأصيلي وحديث في الوقت ذاته. This study comes in the context of discussing issues, and variables related to the field of political theory. Especially, the extent to which Western analytical theoretical framworks are efficient, and can be used to explain and analyse Arab Political Reality. Therefore, it aims to shed light on the reality of Arab political theorising from an analytical perspective, seeking to diagnose its crisis, and then to identify efficient strategies to overcome it, aiming to achieve a degree of methodological independence, which remains subject to an innovative formulation of an independent theory that responds to the specificity of the political reality of Arab societies and the pivotal variables. This requires re-examining the accumulated heritage of political knowledge and testing the ideas, perceptions and theories put forward within it in order to determine the extent to which they correspond to the Arab social and political reality, or rather the extent to which it can contribute to the understanding and development of this reality, in a way that enables their investment in constructing a political theory that is both foundational and regenerative at the same time
