Abstract

إن مفهوم المخاطر الاجتماعية من المفاهيم الخلافية، فقد استخدم في العديد من المجالات مثل المجال السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وكان هذا المفهوم مقرونا بالقضايا التي تثيرها هذه المجالات لكن على المستوى الكلي، غير أن انتشار هذا المفهوم على المستوى الجزئي أو انتشاره في السياق التنظيمي، كان مقرونا بالانتشار المتزايد للأبحاث في البعد الاجتماعي للمؤسسات. فالتفاعلات الاجتماعية داخل أو خارج هذه المؤسسات يعتبر مصدرا للمخاطر بالنسبة لصناع القرار، لذى يجب التعامل بحذر مع هذا البعد لكي لا تترتب عنه نتائج اقتصادية سلبية، ولا بد من تدابير وقائية لمواجهة هذا، ومحاولتنا هنا جاءت لفهم المخاطر الاجتماعية في السياق التنظيمي، منن خلال تحديد مفهومها ومصادرها، وكذا استراتيجيات الوقاية منها Social risk is a controversial concept. It has been used in many fields, such as the political, economic, and social fields. This concept was associated with the issues raised by these fields at the macro level. However, the spread of this concept at the micro level or in the organizational context was accompanying the growing occurrence of research in the social dimension of corporations. Social interactions inside or outside the corporations are considered sources of risk for the decision-making holders. Hence, this dimension must be dealt with carefully to prevent its negative economic consequences. Preventive procedures must be taken to face this issue. Therefore, this effort aims to understand social risks in the organizational context by identifying its concept, sources, and prevention strategies.
