واقع الاعتزاز اللغوي في الجزائر ودينامية التأسيس

Abstract

تعد قضية الاعتزاز اللغوي من أهم القضايا التي تفرضها متطلبات العصر الحديث، ذلك لكونه رابطا بين الإنسان وهويته وحاجة وجودية خصوصا في ظل الرهان الحضاري وركب المعاصرة والتطور. وفي هذا السياق ارتأينا تقديم ورقة بحثية تسعى نحو رؤية موضوعية لواقع الاعتزاز اللغوي في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال رصد فاعلية السياسة اللغوية الجزائرية والكيانات المؤسسية التي تعنى باللغة العربية في الجزائر. انطلاقا من الإشكالية الآتية: إلى أي مدى تسهم السياسة اللغوية الجزائرية في ترسيخ ثقافة الاعتزاز اللغوي؟ وفيم تتمثل الهيئات المرجعية التي تعنى بالشأن اللغوي؟ وكيف يمكن تطويرها لتكون أكثر فاعلية؟ The issue of linguistic pride is one of the most important issues imposed by the requirements of modern times, as it is a link between man and his identity and an existential need, especially in the context of civilizational betting and contemporary development. In this context, we have envisaged presenting a paper that seeks an objective view of the reality of linguistic pride in Algeria by monitoring the effectiveness of Algerian language policy and institutional entities dealing with Arabic in Algeria. Based on the following problem: To what extent does Algerian language policy contribute to the consolidation of a culture of linguistic pride? What are the reference bodies for linguistic matters? How can they be developed to be more effective?
